“My friends and I are going skiing in Lake Tahoe this month, so as soon as I came across this on-theme pullover from J.Crew, I had to have it. I’ll be sad to say goodbye to winter (seriously, where has the snow been?!) but spring is coming early and it’s time to invest in a fresh pair of white kicks. I love the simple, youthful look of these Keds Rise Sneakers. I also recently moved into a house with two floors—a serious step up from my former two-room apartment—and have lots of space to fill. One goal I’m currently tackling: making sure every room has a pop of greenery!”

“Recently I stumbled upon the WT2 language translator earbuds that seemed so futuristic to me that they didn’t make any sense. But, lo and behold, they work—and they’re single-handedly the coolest thing I’ve ever owned. Whether you’re traveling abroad to a country where you can’t speak the language or conversing with a foreign client, just pop these in and start speaking—it’s that easy. On a completely separate note, papa wants a new pair of boots, and I’ve been eyeing this gorgeous hand-dyed leather pair from M.Gemi for the Chelsea look and quality design.”

“I’ve always wanted to be one of those people who journals every day, but I was never able to keep up with it—until I got Alleyoop’s Grateful Journal a little while ago. Now, I’m two months in, and I haven’t missed a day yet. The format makes it quick, easy, and enjoyable to fill in, while still provoking reflection and thought. As for my beauty buys, I’m obsessed with the tinted jelly lip gloss from new clean beauty brand Tower 28. It’s super shiny, but not sticky at all. Finally, I just grabbed this colorful pullover sweater from Saylor, and I think it’ll be a staple of mine this month for casual weekend looks.”

“I got hooked on the HBO series My Brilliant Friend when the first season aired a couple of years ago. Once I heard that season two was about to be released, I decided to get a refresh on the story by reading the original book by Elena Ferrante. The story details two friends growing up near Naples, Italy in the 1950s–60s. I couldn’t put it down and read through it in less than a week! I’ve just ordered book two of the four-part series, The Story of a New Name, and am eagerly awaiting its arrival.

When I heard last month that supplement brand Moon Juice created a skincare line, it jumped to the top of my list for products to try. I love that they use natural and sustainable ingredients that have proven to be highly effective. I hope to try the whole line eventually, but I’m starting with the Milk Cleanser and Cosmic Cream. Since March is technically the beginning of spring(!), I’m also updating my warm-weather accessories, starting with these sunglasses from Oliver Peoples x The Row. I love the retro look, and I think they’re trendy but still classic enough to wear for years to come.”

“I’m a sucker for anything that’s untanned, natural leather so when I found out that Greats was dropping this hiking boot I knew I had to have a pair. They look super handsome now, but I can’t wait to see what they’ll look like after a few years of wear. It’s finally starting to warm up (a bit) here in NYC and I’m already planning my spring wardrobe! I’m going to pick up one of these lightweight crew neck sweatshirts—the perfect transition piece.”

“The countdown to my Caribbean vacation is on and I’m planning on living in breezy dresses. This classy floral number from Reformation can dress up any dinner. This $35 Everlane dress (which is normally $100) is receiving great reviews about its fabric quality. And this shirt dress from Boden is straight-up fun. Can you pair a wild print with wild sunglasses? I think you can and you should.”

“I love the smell in the air when spring starts to roll in, and this month I have my eye on a couple of items to refresh my spring wardrobe in anticipation of warmer days ahead. My co-workers have raved about Rothy’s for a year now and I’m finally taking the plunge with this new sand-camo print Chelsea shoe. I like that they’re neutral but still playful—and easy to slip on for travel days. I’m also restocking my favorite spring and summer fragrance, Hanami by Phlur, a light, bright floral that now comes in a travel size. Finally, I’m excited to see that wide-leg jeans are making a comeback and I have my eye on this cropped pair.

“I normally don’t give too much thought to how pale my skin looks in winter since we’re mostly covered up. But, I caught a glimpse of my leg the other day—that part between the top of my boots and the hem of my jeans—and it was frightening, practically fluorescent. So, I’m re-stocking on self-tanner: Jergens Natural Glow for the body and this one from Alba Botanica for my face. Also, it may be premature to start thinking warm-weather stuff, but I’ve already got my eye on these comfy Ancient Greek sandals and this cool and minimalist Goldsign tank.”

“I’ve been looking for a cute pair of low rain boots for spring showers, and I absolutely love these from Everlane. I can’t wait to wear them with my favorite pair of denim.”

Melissa Sciorra, Marketing Manager

“Hints of spring are in the air, but months of sitting in dry, indoor heat and constant use of winter hats have done some serious damage to my hair. It’s time for some hair lovin’ this month, but not the kind of ‘care’ that covers up damage with a slick, slippery coat of silicones, dangerous toxins, and synthetics. Using Innersense organic haircare products, I am healing my hair from the inside out. I’ve been loving the brand’s Pure Harmony Hairbath paired with the Pure Inspiration Daily Conditioner. Both are great for fine to medium hair types (and straight, curly, and every texture in between). After cleansing and moisturizing, I’ve been styling my hair with the I Create Lift volumizing foam to give my hair some extra va-va-voom and hold. My hair has volume without frizz and my waves are full of body, bouncy and shiny. The products are super concentrated so a little bit goes a long way, and I can go a few days without having to wash again. I am in love with how my hair has been looking and feeling and can’t wait to try some of Innersense’s other products, like the I Create Waves pink Himalayan salt spray.”
