Bose QuietComfort 35 II Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones

“I’m finally biting the bullet and buying a pair of Bose QuietComfort 35 II noise-cancelling headphones. It’s a big investment, but too many friends have said it’s the one item (besides their wallet and passport) they never travel without. My quality of life is about to go way up.”

Loeffler Randall Maura Flat

“These Loeffler Randall flats are on my August wishlist—I love that they’re light enough to carry me through the dog days of summer but sturdy enough to be worn right into early fall. Plus, they’re a breezy pick for warm days when I need breathability but am ALSO in need of a fresh pedicure.”

Vintner's Daughter Active Botanical Serum

“Over the last few years, I’ve come to appreciate a 'less is more' approach to skincare, making an effort to simplify my routine and focus on quality over quantity. I’ve had my eye on Vintner's Daughter Active Botanical Serum for months (maybe even years!) and after reading so many rave reviews, I’m finally giving it a try. The brand is known for the quality, safety, and effectiveness of its organic and wild-crafted botanical ingredients, which work together synergistically to nourish skin at the deepest level. I’ve just started using the serum and have already noticed improvements in my skin’s brightness, clarity, and firmness. I can’t wait to see what happens with further use!”

Topshop Bleach Acid Wash Mom Jeans

“Yes, I know, jeans may not be the best option for the sticky, sweaty days we’ve been having. But I'm a year-round denim devotee, and my latest fave is this light acid-washed pair I just picked up. The wash is subtle and the fit is loose enough to keep me comfortable.”

Non Gender Specific Flooid Fragrance

“I’m pretty much obsessed with Non Gender Specific’s Everything Serum, so when I heard the brand was releasing its first fragrance I had to have it. Thankfully, it’s just as good. I always have a hard time finding a fragrance that will last on my skin, but at an extrait de parfum strength, this stuff seriously lasts ALL day. Plus, it’s perfect for any season with fresh notes like orange and grapefruit and warm amber and patchouli. This will definitely become my new go-to scent.”

Orca Cooler

“Although summer is (sadly) coming to an end, I plan to spend the remainder by cooling off at the beach with my new 20-quart cooler from Orca. I recently had a housewarming party and left the cooler out on my roof all day in the blazing sun, thinking I’d have to run across the street to restock the ice a couple times. But nope, with this baby I didn’t have to even once—it kept our drinks cool from the day into the night. Absolutely worth the splurge to keep cool during the dog days.”

NOMAD x Tokyo Harajuku Intense Eyeshadow Palette

"August is the last month I can get away with bright aquas and pinks on my lids before I switch over to more fall-appropriate shades, so I’m making the most of it with Nomad Cosmetics’s new palette. From the glittery green 'Mochi Mochi' to the pastel yellow 'Mel-Tea Room,' the colors are bursting with personality and creativity, inspired by Tokyo’s trendy Harajuku culture."

Kiehl’s Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil Herbal Concentrate

“I’m embarrassed to say that at 29, I never had a real skincare routine—until now. I dropped by the Kiehl’s store on Newbury Street in Boston a few weeks ago and received a skin consultation to test the moisture and sebum levels of my skin. With the help of the Skincare Expert and the results of the test, I was provided a formulated skincare routine based on my skin type (combination). I left the store with the 2.5 oz tube of the Rare Earth Deep Pore Daily Cleanser, the Ultra Facial Moisturizer with SPF 30 and a TON of samples (hydro-plumping re-texturizing serum concentrate and the ultra facial toner, to name a few). My favorite sample product was the Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil Herbal Concentrate, which I applied after my cleanser and toner, and before my moisturizer. It helped reduce the redness of my skin, and I got fewer breakouts and didn’t seem as oily in my T-zone. I quickly ran out of my sample so I’m adding this to my cart ASAP!”
