The *Only* Skincare Products You Need on Vacation
As much as we love being ~extra~ when it comes to our everyday skincare routine, there's absolutely no need for our suitcase to be a Sephora on wheels when it comes to travel. On the go, we keep it simple with cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and just a few other essentials. Here, everything you need to keep your complexion healthy on the road.
A Brooklyn-based writer and editor, Chelsea's work has appeared in Matador Network, The Huffington Post, the TripAdvisor blog, and more. When not planning her next trip, you'll usually find her drinking way too much iced coffee (always iced—she’s from New England) or bingeing a Netflix original series.

Cleanser
At the end of a long travel day, remove makeup, dead skin cells, excess oil, dirt, and other pollutants with a gentle cleanser. This matcha green tea stick from Milk is high on our list of faves as its TSA approved, paraben-free, eco-conscious, and full of detoxifying antioxidants. Just massage it onto damp skin, lather it with your fingertips, and rinse away the suds for an exfoliated and purified complexion.

Toner
If you have stubborn clogged pores, particularly oily skin, or are prone to acne, you should definitely add toner to your skincare regimen. After applying cleanser, follow it up with this alcohol-free formula from Neutrogena. The mild toner restores your skin's pH balance and gently purifies and reconditions without stripping it of much-needed moisture.

Moisturizer
Whether you have normal, oily, or combination skin, lock in intense hydration with this lightweight gel-cream from Belif. Used day and night, the antioxidant-rich formula minimizes the appearance of pores, helps remove free radicals, and creates a moisture seal on your skin. If your skin is especially dry after a long flight, you can slap on a thick layer of the moisturizer and use it as a 10-minute emergency mask.

Makeup Removing Wipes
When you're in a pinch and don't have time to thoroughly cleanse, it's important to have these guys handy. The 3-in-1 gentle micellar cleansing towelettes wipe away pore-clogging makeup, dirt, and oil with the aid of white cypress oil and honey extract. PS: If you have sensitive skin, don't worry—the towelettes are made from 99.5% natural ingredients and are free of synthetic fragrances.

Sunscreen
Some sunscreens go on heavy and sticky—but not this award-winning sunscreen from La Roche-Posay. The water-like lotion is cooling and weightless, and absorbs fast to provide broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sun protection. Even if you're not setting out to tan, it's important to protect your skin from sun damage and inflammatory free radicals.

Facial Mist
Need a midday pick-me-up or post-flight refresher? Spritz a little of this hydrating mist on your face, neck, and hair. FYI: the fragrant herbal extract, aloe, and rosewater formula won't disturb your makeup.

Makeup Setting Spray
Prevent melting, cracking, fading, and fine lines with this weightless setting spray which will keep your look on lock for up to 16 hours. Whether your makeup is subjected to hot and humid weather or cold and windy conditions, the microfine formula is prepped to perform. To apply, just hold it 8- to 10-inches from your face and spray it in an 'X' or 'T'.
