The Over-the-Top Minibars We Can’t Wait to Raid

We don't know about you, but we're SO over bad beer and $10 Pringles. Here are seven minibars packed with premium goodies worth the splurge.

Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York
The Baccarat is one of New York’s swankiest hotels, so it’s only fitting that its minibars are among the best we’ve ever seen. Open the sexy red lacquer liquor cabinet and find crystal Baccarat glassware and full-sized bottles of premium alcohol: Ruinart champagne, Petron tequila and Rémy Martin cognac. Gourmet treats like Maison Ladurée macarons and Fauchon truffles are imported from France.

Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills
Coke and crisps? Meh. Okaki (rice crackers), yokan (jellied adzuki-bean paste) and 12-year-old Japanese whisky? Now we’re talking. But it gets better. At Andaz Tokyo, all snacks and non-alcoholic drinks (En green tea, anyone?) are completely free.

The Little Nell
Exploring the great outdoors can take a serious toll on the physical. Which is why the minibar at The Little Nell in Aspen includes specialty items designed explicitly for the outdoor adventurer: canned oxygen, Brain Toniq (a "think drink" that promotes mental focus and clarity), trail mix and superfood-packed protein bars.

The Epiphany Hotel
Not to be a buzzkill or anything, but calories DO count when you’re on vacation. Luckily, there are hotels out there that are making eating healthy on the road a bit easier for us. Take, for example, Palo Alto’s Epiphany Hotel. Stocked with biotic yogurt, green juice, fresh salads and hard-boiled eggs, the hotel’s minibars epitomize the best of the clean, green Cali diet.

Gansevoort Meatpacking
Leave it to a hotel in NYC’s hipper-than-hip Meatpacking District to offer in-room beauty bags with products by Too Faced, Bumble & Bumble, Oribe and R+Co. Bonus: There are even top-of-the-line straightening irons and hair dryers, so you won’t have to schlep yours all the way from home.

The Graham Hotel Georgetown
No underwear? No problem. Minibars at The Graham Hotel Georgetown have "Cheeky Business Bikinis" plus other out-of-the-box extras like shaving, cocktail and intimacy kits.

Enchantment Resort
Netflix and chill isn’t just for home. Have a romantic night in at Arizona’s Enchantment Resort. You’ll find everything you need to turn up the heat: two bottles of Arizona vino, local craft beer and chocolate-covered grapes.
