The Smyth borrows from the open-plan layouts and boho-industrial style of Tribeca’s signature lofts. Unflashy, midcentury accents lend a cozy vibe, from the centerpiece fireplace and well-curated library to the vintage posters and works by local artists, plus cozy throws and scatter pillows on the mismatched chairs and sofas. The 100 rooms and suites are equally fashion-forward but comfortable, with polished wood walls, chrome lamps, and plush beds. Marble bathrooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass showers, Frette robes and C.O. Bigelow bath products.
