Housed in an 18th-century hotel that had been shuttered since the 1970s, the revived Bachaumont exudes retro-modern glamour thanks to Dorothée Meilichzon, the design maven behind some of Paris’ most stylish hospitality openings. The Art Deco-inspired interiors feature nuanced shades of blue, gray, and green, plus minimalist furnishings like skinny-legged marble tables and globe pendants with smooth metal hardware, and all 49 rooms and suites are equally stylish with wall-to-wall padded headboards backing cushy platform beds, pretty wooden desks, and white-tiled bathrooms.
