Once the home of prominent Mexican journalist Lolita Ayala, Hotel Busué (formerly known as Casa Vieja) pays homage to the literary achievements of Frenchman Eugène Sue (nicknamed "Beau Sue"). The compact, 11-room boutique hotel has clean, modernist touches that play off the traditional tile, exposed wooden beams and wrought iron accents common to the neighborhood's hacienda-style architecture.
