New York to Nairobi
This October, Kenya Airways will begin non-stop service between New York’s JFK Airport and Nairobi, Kenya—putting that once-in-a-lifetime safari in the Masai Mara within easy reach.

San Francisco to Melbourne
Australia isn’t all about Sydney, people! Melbourne—the continent’s cool culture hub—will soon be reachable via a direct flight from San Francisco with Qantas starting this September.

New York to Nassau, Bahamas
Have Caribbean on the mind this fall? In October, Delta launches a second option of daily flights between JFK and Nassau, in the Bahamas. The second departure from New York leaves at 1:45 p.m., arriving in Nassau at 5:10 p.m.; return flights depart Nassau at 6 p.m. daily and land in New York at 9:10 p.m. (If you time your vacation days for December, you're also in luck: Delta will soon launch daily flights to Kingston, Jamaica.)

Boston to Mexico City
This year’s World Design Capital is having a moment. Two more reasons to get there: JetBlue's new daily non-stop flights to Mexico City's international airport from Boston's Logan Airport (and New York's JFK) start in October. Olé!

New Jersey to Singapore
The Crazy Rich Asians hype is real—and not over yet. Hot on the heels of the movie’s box-office success, Singapore Airlines has announced two new non-stop routes to its vibrant city-state: the first from LAX (starting in November); the second from Liberty International Airport in Newark, New Jersey. The latter, clocking in at 18 hours and 45 minutes, will officially become the world’s longest flight when it takes off this October.

Chicago to Los Cabos
Southwest Airlines is upping its domestic route game this November, launching a whole handful of new destinations reachable via LaGuardia, including New Orleans, Orlando, and West Palm Beach. Our favorite new stop-over of theirs, however, points due south: Chicago to Los Cabos, that sun-soaked corridor on the southern tip of Baja California.

Orlando to Cartagena and Bogota
Speaking of the south, Spirit Airlines is rolling out a host of exciting new destinations reachable if you fly direct from Orlando. Take your pick between Central and South America (Bogota, Cartagena, Costa Rica, and Panama City are all new destinations) or the Caribbean, including St. Thomas and the Dominican Republic.
