This hipper-than-thou Brooklyn neighborhood has been booming lately thanks to a crop of new hotels, including The Williamsburg. The industrial-chic bolthole is all steel, brick and glass on the outside, while on the inside, 150 loft-like guestrooms have white-washed timber walls and brass fixtures, not to mention floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto balconies overlooking the city skyline. But the real jaw-dropper here is the over-the-top amenities: a chauffeured tuk-tuk, a veggie-centric restaurant, a rooftop pool, and three watering holes, including a subterranean lounge and a secret cocktail bar hidden in its water tower.

We have to admit, we’re head-over-heels obsessed with the Cotton House. The property dazzles from the moment you step foot in the doors. The lobby is filled with the hotel’s custom cotton scent and there are original marquetry floors, a sweeping marble staircase and a stately Neo-Classical facade to complete the elegant look. Then, there’s a sexy rooftop pool, buzzy eatery, large library, cocktail bar and lush terrace—all envisioned by interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán. What more could you ever want?

Everything’s hot in Miami—the bronzed beach-goers, the pool scenes and the ultra-luxe resorts. But nothing comes close to the white-hot Surf Club, a historic 1930s beauty that once hosted the likes of Winston Churchill and Frank Sinatra. Today, the building has been reimagined by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Meier and features a 15,000-square-foot beachfront spa with a hammam, three pools, a champagne bar, and a private stretch of sand. The airy, sun-soaked suites are equally gorgeous, done up in a color scheme of beige and cream.

Talk about curb appeal: The Four Seasons at Ten Trinity Square is housed in a beautifully refurbished 1922 neo-classical building—formerly the headquarters of the Port of London Authority. This highly-anticipated grand dame, debuted in January, pulls out all the stops: Guestrooms have original plasterwork, heated bathroom floors, and spot-on views of the Tower of London across the street. There’s also a spa, an indoor swimming pool, a private members club, and three restaurants, including the first London outpost by three Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic.

Boston is quickly becoming the Silicon Valley of the East, thanks to its rising Seaport Innovation District, which is full of forward-thinking design and tech firms. Envoy, the first hotel in the area, fits right in with the crowd, with smart amenities like a virtual pool table in the lobby and Netflix streaming in the rooms. The $70 million development also houses the Outlook Kitchen+Bar as well as the perennially-packed Lookout rooftop bar and lounge, where a fun young crew comes to drink craft brews on the wraparound terrace overlooking the waterfront and city skyline.

An all-inclusive and an adults-only resort? Count us in!
