Tell us a little bit about yourself!
I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in textile design, then went on to design with brands including Ralph Lauren, Martha Stewart, and Kate Spade New York. In 2012, my partner, Stefaan du Pont (@sdpnt), and I decided to quit our jobs and travel the world. From that experience, we created our travel and lifestyle site, Miles & Miles.

Where were you when you took this photo?
This photo was taken at the beautiful Andaz Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica.
What do you love about the image?
Swimming is one of my favorite things to do, so naturally, I’m in my happy place here.
So, after Costa Rica, where to next?
The list is ever-growing, but next up is Japan!
Do you have any travel tips you can share?
Take it slow and don’t be afraid to try something new. It’s clichéd but true that the best things happen when you least expect them to.
