Your favorite travel destination is…

The Cook Islands! If you’re looking for an untouched tropical paradise that’s not touristy or commercialized (you won’t find a single stop light or building taller than a coconut tree), the Cook Islands are for you. The 15-island archipelago is located in the South Pacific, between Tahiti and Fiji, and is what you’d imagine Hawaii and Fiji were 60+ years ago—no branded resorts, few crowds, and, most importantly, so much more affordable! The two islands I visited, Rarotonga and Aitutaki, were both were beautiful and diverse in their own way.

What’d you pack?

I love packing lightweight, versatile options for my trips that can be styled and worn in more ways than one—like reversible swimsuits. I love this leopard print one piece which reverses to a black solid side. Not only do you get two suits in one, you can also wear it like a bodysuit with denim shorts. An island-style shirtdress is another fabulous option that can be worn buttoned up as a shirtdress, unbuttoned as a cover-up, or half-buttoned and tied up like a crop top. Lastly, I’m a total maxi dress girl—there’s nothing I love wearing more for a casual island night out. This one from Revolve perfectly coordinated with those magical Cook Island sunsets.

Your favorite travel destination is…

Jordan. It’s rich with inspiring desert landscapes and home to the famed World Wonder, Petra. With so much history and mesmerizing sights that made for surreal experiences, Jordan easily made its way onto to my list of top destinations.

My must-haves for the desert included a camera to document its beauty, sunscreen to protect my skin, a water bottle that keeps me hydrated, my favorite comfortable walking shoes, and a swimsuit, which I threw on before floating in the Dead Sea.

Puerto Rico. The country is so full of culture and natural beauty, yet you can drive around the whole island in a day! I particularly loved its lush rainforests, pristine beaches, and yummy traditional food.

Your favorite travel destination is…

Cartagena, Colombia. The city has so much to offer, from food and culture to scenery, ambiance, art, and energy. Just driving along the coast, feeling the breeze and seeing the Caribbean Sea, is exhilarating. As you approach the Old City, you’ll see seven miles of fortified stone walls surrounding the historic center. Inside, you can spend hours on end walking the streets, stopping at every fruit vendor, every painted wall, every balcony covered in flowers—all the little things that give Cartagena her distinct look and feel.

What’d you pack?

I never travel without packing cubes. They fit a ton of bathing suits and summer dresses, which are essential for warm weather. I also bring a completely self-sufficient, multiple-output portable charger because I know, between all the video and pictures I take, I’m going to need to recharge my devices. Lastly, let’s not forget about skincare—including makeup and moisturizer with SPF.

Your favorite travel destination is…

Of all the 6,000 or so Greek Islands you’ll find in the Mediterranean, Milos is my favorite. I especially love its white volcanic beaches, which are reminiscent of the moon’s surface.
