9 Best All-Inclusive Resorts in the Caribbean
With all that sun, sand, and endless drinks to balance between beach reads, who has time to whip out their wallet? That's precisely why we LOVE the all-inclusive—and no one does it better than the Caribbean. These nine hotels top our list for service, perks, and style.

Round Hill Hotel & Villas, Jamaica
Ralph Lauren-designed interiors, private beach service, a swish spa built inside an old 18th-century plantation house. Nothing about Round Hill screams “all-inclusive”—but then again, maybe that’s exactly what keeps this place so hush hush. Alfred Hitchcock, Jackie and JFK are just a few of the A-listers who have stayed here, where 63 rooms and suites are done up in white linens and rich mahogany. Don't miss the standout Caribbean dinners accompanied by live music.

Hermitage Bay, Antigua
Back-to-nature chic is the calling card of this exclusive all-inclusive hideaway, tucked in a quiet cove on its own 140 acres in Antigua. The 27 standalone cottages are connected by an unpaved road which also leads to a freshwater infinity pool, kitchen garden and wood-beamed restaurant. Spend your days windsurfing, doing yoga on the open-air spa deck, or relaxing on the powdery beach. Or sign up for a cooking class to learn traditional Caribbean dishes.

Spice Island Beach Resort, Grenada
Thanks to a complete makeover, this landmark property on Grenada’s prized Grand Anse beach is back to its 1960s glory. Each suite has its own terrace and hammock—and some even have private plunge pools. Bonus: WiFi, breakfast, premium-label drinks (an all-inclusive rarity) and non-motorized sports excursions are all included in the rate.

The BodyHoliday, St Lucia
This beachfront wellness retreat on St. Lucia’s northwest coast is a one-stop shop for all your vacay needs (and we’re not just talking about the three gorgeous pools, one of which is a hilltop infinity number overlooking the sea). Sailing, spinning, tai chi—it’s all included in your rate, not to mention an array of spa treatments, from ayurvedic massages to body scrubs. Health nuts, take note: even meals are organic and ingredients are sourced from the 42-acre grounds.

Jumby Bay, Antigua
On a 300-acre private island two miles off Antigua’s northeastern coast sits the eye-popping Jumby Bay. The price to stay here is steep, but you get what you pay for—and that’s everything from your gorgeous cottage or villa (many with wraparound decks and outdoor showers) to the five-star service (hello, beach butlers!), perfect views, and pristine beach. Daily meals, beverages, tea service, it’s all included, too. Your only worry might be choosing which of the four restaurants—the posh Estate House, the campy Beach Shack, the airy Verandah, or the laid-back Pool Grille—to dine at next.

Alexandra Resort, Turks and Caicos
The family-friendly all-inclusive Alexandra Resort on Grace Bay Beach is far a more low-key and laid-back alternative than the typical high-end resorts you find on Turks and Caicos. All 90 rooms, which overlook either the beach or lagoon, come with high ceilings and full kitchens or kitchenettes so guests can spread out and relax, while complimentary snorkeling gear and bike rentals mean zero downtime if that’s your M.O. Daily happy hour and sunset meals on the beach complete the picture.

Small Hope Bay Lodge, Bahamas
This classic dive resort is also one of the oldest on Andros, the largest island in the Bahamas. You know it's a winner by the number of returning guests—predominantly outdoorsy types—who come for its renowned bonefish guides and diving tours. (FYI you don’t think you have to be an expert to enjoy them—beginner sessions are also available.) The 20 rustic cabins are scattered among tropical gardens, but with communal meals and happy hours by the beach bar, we doubt you’ll be spending much time in them.

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
You can pay à la carte at the all-suite Zoetry Agua Punta Cana, but why would you? The all-inclusive option makes life so much simpler. There's unlimited food (including organic options) at any of the resort’s four restaurants, full use of your mini-bar (refreshed twice daily) and 24-hour room service, top-shelf liquors (for giving those tropical drinks that extra oomph), dance lessons and a even sunset horseback rides on the beach.

Palm Island Resort, Grenadines
It takes a bit of effort to reach Palm Island Resort: two planes, a boat, and a golf cart to be exact. But once you get to this private island south of St. Vincent, you’ll realize the trek was worth it. After settling into one of 40 rooms, all wicker, bamboo and original art, set out to explore the landscape. There are 135 acres in total, which are home to five sugar-white beaches, palm tree groves, hiking trails, and pristine coral reefs just offshore. With every meal and drink included in the rate (not to mention a weekly cocktail hour, high tea in the salon, and sunset champagne cruises come wintertime), it's no wonder the place is a huge hit with honeymooners.
