The Best Adults-Only All-Inclusive Resorts in the Caribbean
When it comes to romantic beach getaways, there’s something to be said for booking an all-inclusive experience. You don’t have to sign a bill at every turn, everything is taken care of for you (from restaurant reservations to your automatic cocktail refill on the beach), and there’s no need to worry about transportation—everything you need is on-site. But, while there are limitless all-inclusive options among the Caribbean’s most accessible islands, not all are created equal. We’ve taken the liberty of narrowing the field to the region's top eight all-inclusives for couples. Check in—and bliss out.

The BodyHoliday, St. Lucia
With 42 acres of lush landscapes and a picture-perfect crescent-shaped beach, the BodyHoliday has everything you'd ever want in a luxurious beach getaway. Add four restaurants, two pools, and a holistic wellness center—oh, and no kids—and relaxation is pretty much guaranteed. Whether you’re looking to jumpstart your fitness routine through challenging workout classes, get pampered with daily spa treatments, or (for animal lovers) take part in an equine therapy session, you’ll leave BodyHoliday a calmer (and dare we say better) version of yourself.

Sanctuary Cap Cana, Dominican Republic
The Dominican Republic has some of the most sugary soft sand in the Caribbean, and Cap Cana, a 30,000-acre resort in Punta Cana, is situated on one of the island’s best beaches. Couples looking for all-inclusive amenities in a boutique setting should seek out the Sanctuary, an idyllic 183-room corner of the resort with romantic thatch-roof villas that caters to beach bums, gourmands, golfers, and more.

Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort, Jamaica
If you’ve always dreamed of staying in an overwater villa on Bora Bora, but don’t have the vacation time or the funds to travel halfway around the world, this luxe all-inclusive will meet you in the middle. Sandals debuted over-the-water villas last year at this Montego Bay mainstay, and boy do they deliver. There are glass-ceilinged floors, private plunge pools, and individual docks from which couples can dive into the azure waters and snorkel nearby reefs.

Beach House Turks & Caicos
Only recently did this Grace Bay retreat transform into an exclusively adults-only resort. Take your pick among the 21 boutique-style suites, each with a private patio and Insta-worthy views of the pool or the ocean. After spending a day on the white sandy shores of Grace Bay Beach, sit down for French contemporary cuisine with a Turks and Caicos twist (lionfish ceviche; sticky toffee pudding) at the Beach House Restaurant.

Cocobay Resort, Antigua
Rustic Caribbean vibes abound at this boutique hideout on Ffryes Bay, in western Antigua, where pastel-hued cottages with private verandahs spill down a hill towards the sea. You’ll have a hard time deciding which water is more blue—that of your private plunge pool or the Caribbean Sea that lies just beyond. Spend your days dipping in and out of both as you kayak, snorkel, and sail before an à la carte meal at your choice of two different restaurants.

Rendezvous, St. Lucia
Seclusion is the main selling point of this boutique resort on Malabar Beach, near St. Lucia's bustling port capital of Castries, but that’s not to say you shouldn’t mix and mingle with other couples. In fact, the resort encourages just that: there are beach barbecues every Friday night and even a mixology competition in which contestants invent their own cocktail and are judged by their fellow guests.

Sunset at the Palms, Jamaica
If you prefer your beach with a side of jungle, this treehouse-style retreat checks all the boxes. Set in the heart of Jamaica’s coveted Negril coastline, Sunset at the Palms offers spacious accommodations nestled among the local flora and fauna. Take your coffee out to the private veranda each morning before water sports or more culinary pursuits—the resort offers complimentary traditional Jamaican cooking classes as well as lessons in bartending.

Sandals LaSource Grenada Resort & Spa, Grenada
Butler service is included in your rate at this upscale resort, the only Sandals outpost on Grenada. It’s a good thing, too, because you’ll likely be asking for multiple drink refills throughout the day as you lounge on Pink Gin Beach and swim in one (or more) of the five pools. (There’s also a swim-up bar if you can’t flag your butler down.) Water sports and scuba diving for certified divers are also gratis—as is dining at the 10 different restaurants. Pro tip: reserve your teppanyaki seats prior to arrival.
