How to Get There
The room was clean and tidy..
Food was great and location and view Are fantastic.
Workers Are Nice and helpful.
Closer to the center City of Copenhagen
I would definitely renommend to try to stay in Tivoli
Room was over prices and not by no means value for money. Room cleanness was not even "normal" and the services (TV, Phone and Network) was cut down without pre-notice during two evenings. Personnel as such open and supportative.
We stayed here for a weekend. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the main train station. There aren't many shops/restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but it's not too far to walk into the centre of the city.
Or room was comfortable, although it wasn't very big. We had a family room with an additional cot, which was good quality. Everything was clean.
The breakfast was a better than average buffet, with a good range of items.
The only downside is that this is also a conference centre and so the mix of tourists and delegates is not always great. However, it wasn't a massive issue.
The swimming pool is lovely and great for families. They do have strict and somewhat entertaining rules about what you can do in the pool, for example, you can't swim if you have a cold!
I would happily stay here again.
We booked our stay here only the day of with absolutely no clue if we were getting a good location or a reputable hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were beyond helpful and courteous and were just so kind and friendly.
It wasn't one of those hotels where they try to get every last penny out of you - they gave me a free plug adapter (as I'm from Canada) with no questions asked and allowed 3 people to stay in a room designed only for 2 - even providing extra sheets and blankets for the pull out couch.
The beds were only suitable for one person, so quite small, but were comfortable nonetheless. Our view was amazing, right looking over the water across the street.
It was right across from a major mall with tonnes of food options, including sit-down and fast food like McDonald's and Pizza Hut. It was also walking distance to downtown Copenhagen, all of the major tourist attractions and monuments, and the more ritzy area of Copenhagen, as well. We walked practically everywhere even with pushing a wheelchair, so it is definitely doable to get around on foot. Of note, there was also a train station that was an 8-minute walk away.
The pool really was the hidden gem, though. It was like one you see on videos of luxury hotels with the water going right up to the edge. It had waterfalls and night sky lighting with twinkling star-looking lights and was a perfect temperature. It was absolutely stunning. They also have a sauna. I highly recommend this hotel.
This was booked for us who were on tour with Vantage Travel. The location wasn't ideal but we really had no time to explore. Comfortable room except for the weird configuration of putting the sink and large mirror opposite outside of the bathroom where there was no privacy.
