How to Get There
Rooms are clean not spacious. Receptionists are friendly and take good care of the need of guests. Amenities, e.g. swimming pool, sauna, and the gym are nice. Very family friendly hotel, lots of kids and also business men, this hotel needs to work on how to separate different target groups so as to enhance the quality of services. No offense to kids but the tend to play with food during breakfast time, like nipping croissants and breads, not hygienic and disturbing.
Impressive sized hotel focus on conference centre facilities. Split into 2 towers one with an impressive room pool sticking into the air... available to exec floor residents only (the crazy price of those rooms need magic sky pools and much more).
Room: small and could hear neighbouring room through the shared door.
Price: expensive for what you get but in relation to Copenhagen in general it’s reasonable. All hotels over priced for what you get.
Lobby bar: feels like downstairs your squeezes into the little corner. If you want service pay the big bucks up on 12th. It’s ok.. quite small when you don’t want to go ponce upstairs.
Other: taxis always readily available and waiting at the front of house. Reception polite. Close to meat district where carnivores an get there fill. Bit of a walk to tourist area but it’s easy to follow the river and probably worth the price ‘drop’.
We came here for a city break to Copenhagen. What a beautiful city!
The hotel was huge! Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location itself wasn’t the best for tourists as you had to walk quite a bit to get to famous landmarks / public transport links.
The breakfast was fab! A great selection of hot and cold foods. Also had an amazing burger in the brasserie one evening.
