Unfortunately I always stay at this hotel when in Copenhagen for work. The hotel staff are SO RUDE. Now I feel it's fair to write a complain because this happens every time I come here.

Check in staff especially b*tchy. And what for? All I have done is walk in and say hi. What's with the attitude?

They don't even say hello! They just stare at you. It's just strange.

I had a lovely stay

I stayed at The Imperial Hotel with my two cousins. We were greeted by very polite and friendly staff, and the room was very tidy when we arrived. We only stayed one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. We had a lovely time!

I would choosw another place

The hotel is dated, smelly (depending on the room, I switched three different rooms). Movie theater behind the wall keeps you up over midnight. Feels like sleeping IN a surround system when someone is watching action movie. Not very nice - earplugs don’t help.

Gym was small and nice!

Breakfast was good, enough options. I don’t know what other people are moaning about it...

Staff ok, some rude some careless but also many kind people working behind the reception. I think manager needs to give better education to them how to make customer service.

Decent stay
