How to Get There
Central located hotel with a bright (and rather boring) reception. The rooms are as you expect. The bathroom was clean and perfectly OK. Nothing wrong but nothing special either. As my room faced the back you could sleep with an open window without being disturbed.
Such a great location and the best staff. We had an issue with our room which was resolved straight away and with a lovely smile. Everyone was so friendly and nothing was a bother. Rooms nice and spacious.
I really didn’t want to write anything negative as our experience was so good but at night, due to the central location, the people outside on the streets kept us awake.... it was all the nighttime shouting (usual stuff). It’s obviously outside of hotels control but because we had a toddler with us, perhaps a room facing away from the main streets would have been better for us!
Can’t fault it otherwise though! Would have been 5/5 if it wasn’t for the bad nights sleep.
We were in Copenhagen for a night enroute to Malmo for a football match.
The hotel is in a good location, just a 5 minute walk from the station and 15 mins from the canal restaurant area. Fair price for the city.
The hotel looks a tad tired, but it did the job.
Friendly and efficient reception staff.
We had a third bed in the room, but only two towels! No extra towel. The 3rd bed was good for a fold up - hard mattress.
The room keys were intermittent in the elevator control slot. So to choose your floor. They were temperamental. Kept happening.
The bar is across from reception and fine. Not as pricey as some hotels in the city.
Breakfast was average. A 3/5 for that too.
And would I stay there again? - yes, certainly.
good hotel, small business centre but enough desk space.
The room was nice, yet the shower kept holding water as the draining system was poor. There could have been more light as well.
The hotel is right opposite a train station which is very handy.
A lovely hotel with good staff and food although it is a bit soul less but that didn’t bother me. One bit of advice, if you get room 120, ask to change as it’s just above where they collect the refuse bins. The room is poorly insulated from noise and I was awoken at 5.30 by the noise by those who were collecting the waste.
Please fix this, otherwise a nice hotel.
