Nah, not so impressed

It had a luxury facade och feeling to it, but we found the staff quite unfriendly and the bathroom a bit filthy. Especially the toilet seat. We got a bath tub though, it was very nice after we removed a hair that were laying there, waiting for us to check in.
Would recommend an other hotel, but it was ok!

OK but not Great

The stay was ok, we recommend for a middle class stay . The hotel has seen better days, on the other Hand the staff is extremly friendly and helpfull. We recommend asking them for local spots to eat and see, you want be disappointed. The Hotel is near the meatpacking district which is ok for a night out! The cleanliness of the Hotel is questionable.

Great hotel next to a mall.

We stayed here for a couple nights after our cruise and it was very nice with an attractive price. The rooms were typical European style, smaller but very comfortable and clean with a microwave and mini fridge. We had a room overlooking the water but really didn't stay in the room much and walked around most days. The only down side was the hotel is located away from the city center but we enjoyed the walk along the harbor and only took about 30 minutes to get to Trivoli gardens at a leisurely stroll, and it was much cheaper than others in the heart of the city. There's a shopping mall with a cinema and food court next door which we found very nice. If we ever get back to Copenhagen I would consider staying here again!
