Definitely recommend Hotel Casa Lucia

Loved this place! The room was huge and clean. Even though it's in a busy area of El Centro it was quiet, too. Housekeeping did a good job keeping it clean for the week I was there. Friendly staff. Not a lot of parking but it wasn't a problem. Free breakfast every morning at the restaurant was absolutely worth it. So many great options! The only complaint I had was the shower water. Pressure was super low and it took a long time to heat up. Overall not a big deal and I would stay there again on a future trip

Hotel was OK. One night outlets did not work, pulled out the small frig and wiggled the wired and they started working. Wires held together with regular tape and no outlet. Maybe this is wiring in Mexico. Never got our wake up call we requested. Front desk staff was helpful. I would not return but it was an excellent location, within walking distance to a lot of activities.

Nice hotel but awful breakfast

Sweet little boutique hotel with spacious rooms and small well maintained garden. The hotel is centrally located. Unfortunately the breakfast is served in the adjacent Stakehouse. This is poorly ventilated and the food is awful. Therefore no 5 points.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Merida. Easy access to everything you want to see and restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious and facilities are nice for setting outside and having a drink.

Lovely hotel. Very happy we chose it.

Lovely hotel, we stayed here two separate times during a recent trip. The only slight disappointment was the space in which breakfast is served. It's a restaurant next door to the hotel which has good food but is a bit dark and sad. Feels like the kind of place one would eat at night but not first thing in the morning. A wonderful restaurant, Apoala, is in the square right in front. Also, hotel location is perfect.
