Beautiful hotel - weak service

I spent 10 days at Le Sereno with my husband and my daughter. The hotel itself is very nice, quiet, large bungalows, swimming pool and a nice beach. However, the water is shallow and not good for swimming. There is sea -weed everywhere. It's good is you like kite surfing, surfing or paddling. it's also nice for children.
The staff was very helpful, young people but they had not much experience.Very uncoordinated! the manager did not really care, even when we complained. The restaurant was almost empty in the evenings and there was not dinner or anything planned for the New Years Eve!

Restaurant food underwhelming.

Restaurant food underwhelming. Friendly service but unfortunately it does not make up for extremely overpriced menu. We were really hoping for better after hurricane Irma and the relaunch of the facilities.

Highly Recommend Le Sereno!!!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon recently, and we did not expect our experience to be as enjoyable and relaxing as it was. We stayed in a beautiful room called the Grande Suite Plague Sud, overlooking the water which was a beautiful way to wake up in the morning. The hotel was very quiet and the pool was the place to relax. The restaurant there was also really nice and the chef was very accommodating as well.

The staff there is unbelievable. Every single one of them has a smile on their face, caters to your every need, and always makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable. The women in the concierge in Le Sereno were amazing as well. They were extremely accommodating in every situation and were always offering a helping hand whenever we needed it. They booked all of our reservations and gave us tips of where to go, being that it was our first time on the island. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager of the hotel, Samy, who was very friendly, sweet, and checked up on us multiple times on how our stay is going. He gave us tips on where to go as well and assisted us on different concerns we had.

Our time in St Barths was fun, relaxing, and extremely enjoyable and I think that Le Sereno definitely made our experience the way it was. We would definitely come here again!!!

Welcome to the new Le Sereno!

I had the opportunity for a quick escape from NYC. Where else would I go but St. Barths, my absolute favorite warm weather destination! I've been to St. Barths many times but always love staying at Le Sereno because of its calm, quiet vibe. It gives you the opportunity to relax without feeling guilty about not hanging out at Shellona or Nikki Beach!

Well I'm happy to say that this trip did not disappoint! Sadly, the hotel had been closed due to the devastation caused by the 2018 hurricane. I was so glad to hear they'd re-opened and even happier to find that it had been 100% renovated. In fact, I stayed in a room that had not even been slept in yet! The new design and mix of materials are spectacular, they worked with the same architect that designed their equally stunning hotel in Lake Como. The food was fantastic and the staff could not be friendlier or more helpful, especially the GM, Samy, who could not be more accommodating!

Overall, we had an incredible stay and cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend Le Sereno!
