Excellent choice for events/functions at the Wisconsin center.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Room service was crazy expensive for less than stellar food/presentation - but convenience sometimes costs I guess. Very clean & safe which matters when you have you’re family along.

Historical hotel, great customer service

Quick overnight for my wife’s bday. She found a great deal through a 3rd party that was too good to pass up. Even though we did not book directly through the hotel, I was treated like royalty when I requested a digital key and the front desk discovered I was a diamond member. Great customer service, especially Yanette who answered all of my wife’s questions patiently despite the growing line behind us. She is awesome.
The hotel is old and charming. You enter in the lower lobby and go to the front desk on the 2nd floor. We had a Superior Room with a lake view and it was great. Smaller seating area with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom is cramped but most historical hotels have smaller bathrooms. Just something to deal with.
Workout area is smaller but enough equipment to get a sweat on. WiFi is fast and had no issues with connectivity. Breakfast buffet is good with cooked to order eggs. Loved the Lox! Katie was great as well. Very friendly.

Historic hotel needs some extra cleaning

Love to old world style. They have done a great job on renovating and keeping many original aspects. Staff are all wonderful, helpful and friendly. Executive lounge is one of the best, nice food offerings and very quiet and private. Nice to be able to walk the sky bridge to the convention center. My only complaint would be the deep cleaning does not happen. Housekeeping is normally on a time crunch, deep cleaning needs to be scheduled by management. Attached pictures show the areas that need attention, one would assume if in my room all needed the same

Weekend Getaway

Booked a room to attend a concert at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. The hotel's upper and lower entrance has a luxurious ambiance. The staff made us feel welcome and at home. Our room on the 16th floor was pristine. Prices are competitive. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. This was my third visit to the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. If you haven't done so, make it your first.

small room, beautiful hotel

Beautiful old school hotel. Room was small and shower area even smaller. tiny screen TV. Service and condition of hotel very nice, and accommodating. As a dimaond member, I would ecpet a bit better room assignment.
