We stayed at the Ramada KLCC and had a great time! The staff, Ridwan, Michelle and Jesse were very helpful and looked after us really well. The hotel is really clean and close to the best areas. Thank you!!!

Very good service, special mention to service crew of hotel Riduan, Michele, Jesse. We have a luggage issue and they kindly assist us to repair and make good our luggage also assist us in storage when we checkout late, that help us alot when we dofor our day tour in kuala Lumpur.

Shocking Behaviour from Host Chieng Yii EE at Ramada Suites

Shocked and deeply disappointed with the poor treatment given to me by Chieng Yii EE and her team during my 24-day stay at her apartment.

The old and worn out access card suddenly cracked one afternoon without my knowledge. Chieng’s entire team tried their best to EXTORT MYR 106 from me to replace the broken card. Fortunately, I was told by the Management Office that the HOST has to pay for the new card, and NOT the GUEST. Despite the Management explaining this to Chieng and her staff, the whole unit’s unbelievable words were, “When she pay, she get card!’

For nearly FOUR days, I was under house arrest without the card. The room is on the 17th floor and the elevators cannot be operated without the card. I was literally HELD TO RANSOM with a gun on my head by the host and her staff, whose repeated words to me were, ‘You have to pay.’

After pointing out to the host that there is absolutely NO WRITTEN INFORMATION about a guest having to pay for a broken access card, the host finally replaced the card on the noon of the fourth day, WITHOUT A WORD OF APOLOGY.

This shameful and CORRUPT attitude of Chieng and her staff left me shaken and distressed for days.

Another point: From Day One, Chieng REFUSED to have the room cleaned despite me showing her a screen grab of her Airbnb description, which clearly mentioned FREE WEEKLY CLEANING. Eventually, the room was cleaned ONCE during my 24-day stay in the suite.

A third point: There is only one saucepan for cooking and it is badly BURNED. I pointed this out to the host on the first day itself, but she ignored the message totally. No knifes, no chopping board, no table mats, no coasters, no air freshener are provided for you. Had to spend extra money to buy all these basics for myself.

A fourth point: NOT ONCE during my 24-day stay did the host or any of her staff bother to ring the doorbell to see if I required something or even ask, ‘How are you today?’ Common courtesy was TOTALLY MISSING.

I have travelled around the world, but I have never been subjected to such rude and despicable behaviour.

There are plenty of good hotels and residential suites to stay in, in KL. Please use your DISCRETION and AVOID booking with Chieng. You just might get a nasty shock, as I did, thanks to her All-We-Care-About-Is-Your-Money attitude.

P.s. Refund of a mere Rs 1,000 was eventually provided to me for not cleaning the room for 23 days.

Excellent property. Very good location. I've booked family room with kitchen. Everything was available inside the room. Very cooperative staff. Nice view from room. Bukit market is nearby, KL tower is also nearby. Great place to stay

I want to commend Ridwan, Lawrance and Michelle for their kind & hospitable service. They were so helpful to my boyfriend & I and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Absolutely recommend especially because of the strategic location of Ramada! A 5 minute drive from all the landmarks of KL & you can even walk because it’s smack in the centre of the city
