How to Get There
Hotel is quaint and beautiful! Staff is very accommodating and personable!
The manager at this site was nothing but a person who enjoys the role without doing a his job! While there the internet went out and the manager never notified anyone to look into this matter. He reported it the following morning! We were to receive a cup of coffee every morning of our stay and all we received was an individual coffee carafe for two, which provided us with a 1/2 cup of coffee each! So sad when you expect only the best from Omni and the manager ruins it! When I spoke to the manager, he even tried to blame the workers when we both knew it was a lack of his work performance. Hopefully this is an eye opener for someone who is not qualified to be manager of any hotel chain!
We were very happy here and will be back.
Beautiful, restful decor. The spa is worth a trip, too.
Breakfasts were incredible.
A wonderful base from which to cross country or down hill ski, or walk /hike in the summer and Autumn.
Such a rich getaway experience for the family - not that a totally adult experience would not also be appreciated! Our visit was a three-generation trip.
To a person, the staff is both friendly and professional. The amenities provided activities for us all to share, and the shuttle made moving around the resort a breeze. Rooms are comfortable and immaculate. And finally, THAT VIEW!!
We came for a night to ski in March with our two kids. The Arms is a small, quiet, beautifully decorated little hotel, a short shuttle ride away from the main resort, it also allows pets. The room was lovely and large, the restaurant was quite fancy, expensive but with good service and food. I think its a great place for couples as its quiet and romantic, for families looking for the "action" of the resort (pools etc.) its less convenient because you have to take the shuttle, to ski as well. BTW we went to the ice skating rink - don't bother its a joke (smaller than my living room).
Fabulous quaint inn tucked away in the mountains. Enjoy fabulous views along with outdoor activities and then the luxury of this wonderful inn. Be aware of the restaurant schedule which does not include dinner service some weekday evenings when planning your stay!
