weekend visit

This small Inn next to the big hotel was well run and very enjoyable. The hotel staff went out of there way to make it a great stay and were very personable. We enjoyed the restaurants, pool, and grounds and plan to return. The little Inn was a bit quieter but close to the main amenities.

Excellent quality and quiet rooms; enjoyed everything at main resort too

We very much enjoyed our stay in room 36 here. We loved the quieter setting of the arms just a short walk from the main resort. Room was very spacious and beds very comfy. The only thing I might consider is replacing the window air conditioning with a less noisy model. We used the ceiling fan and open windows instead and were very comfortable. Breakfast at the Arms was excellent! Nice servers, even gluten free toast.

There are lots of fun things for families at the main resort. We enjoyed the trail ride through the meadows (shout out to Meredith), we made s’mores by the fire pit, enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, played video games, shopped. My daughter rolled down the great hill. That was fun for her. Enjoyed our meals both at Stickneys and the main dining restaurant.

Highly recommend.

Cute Inn

I felt the inn was very quaint and cute. The beds were very comfortable but disappointed their weren't coffee makers in the rooms. The rooms were little small. But the service was excellent. I really wanted to stay at Omni resort, thats what my reservation stated but was place in Bretton Arms. I guess with Agoda this happens alot. I tried emailing them and they never responded. I booked thru third party. So I was very disappointed I was place in another hotel. But the Inn was very nice too.

Scenic and historic but overpriced

We stayed in the Inn for a long weekend. Scenery and historic character are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But Inn and Hotel were noisy due to old fashioned A/C units and lots of children in hotel. Kids sitting with feet on historic furniture. Kids with iPads playing noisy content during breakfast. Tables not properly cleaned between guests. Given that, highly overpriced.

Great hotel with wonderful staff

We recently stayed for 2 nights at the Bretton Arms. The craftsmanship in the hotel was beautiful. Our room was spacious, quiet and had the cutest dormers. The room and bathroom were in excellent condition and were very clean. The room included a large flat screen tv and a small frig. The front desk staff was very friendly, greeting you each time you re-entered the hotel. The bartender took good care of us on a night where we just wanted dessert and a drink. Breakfast was tasty in the dining room.
