Stunning views, spacious room and fabulous staff. Our stay at the Cliff Hotel was magical. The staff was a true highlight due to their attentive service. They went above and beyond to remember our preferences and by the end of our stay, we literally hugged everyone goodbye. The hotel location is remote enough to make you feel as if you are truly escaping it all yet 7 Mile Beach and other destinations are a quick cab ride away. We fully intend to come back.

The visit from the time we we were picked up at the airport by the Cliff Hotels van, it was the starting of a great experience. The driver introduced himself as his personality was outgoing and in very good English he Shared with us about the island and pointed out different places as we passed by. All the people were kind and very helpful. We were there for 5 days. We wanted for nothing. The hotel is beautiful, clean and a relaxing atmosphere.it was also fun and exciting as they took us to places around the island. The food, wow, the best I have ever eaten. This place and its people make it a place that I want to visit again. We were there for a wedding and it was top of the line in every aspect. It was about everyone that attended along with the bride and groom. We had at least 30 people in our group. The Cliff Hotel Rocks

A Peaceful Haven

If you want to escape the loud, craziness of an all-inclusive and don't care about having white-sandy beach at your door step this is a great hotel. I felt like we almost went a day without seeing another guest. We felt like we had are on private villa, with a large staff to serve us. There is only 33 rooms, set an expansive property.
The day we went to the pool there was only 4 other people there. There is no fighting for a space or chair here.

There are some minor negatives:
• No Central A/C- so bathroom and hall felt warm
• Low Water pressure in the shower
• Have to take a taxi to get to restaurants or beach (however one great place around the corner called All-Natural)

Aside from that we loved our stay!!

The day we went to the pool

Simply. Amazing.

We have stayed all over and The Cliff was by far the most beautiful and tranquil resort we have been to in a very long time. Service was beyond excellent. Grounds were beautiful. At times it felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. Jumping off cliffs in fun but they are nothing serious, I would let my 9 year old jump. Water is crystal clear and beautiful. If you want to get away from the daily grind, this is the place to go. The restaurant is gourmet plus. Food is spectacular and delicious. For breakfast, try the Johnny cakes or the protein shake, you will not be disappointed by any item on menu. We can't wait to go back, words cannot describe. If you like party scene, this is not for you. This place is all about getting away and relaxing.

Stunning views and very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and service is spot on!

This hotel is excellent for a family gate away in Negril. Absolutely amazing views. Cliffs are gorgeous, pools are clean and full of inflables for the kids, and game room full of options. It has a lovely volleyball net in the pool and the swim around it's very pleasant and relaxing.
The only disappointment was the Restaurant which has been rated as the best Caribbean Food. It is heavily over priced and not that incredible tasty. I had the fast fried Calamari Salad which was deep fried Calamari with few lettuce. Dessert was delicious (Chocolate cake with pistaccio ice cream). But, definitely not wortg the $300 dollars bill. To eat in the area I would recommend the Rock House, delicious food, excellent service and you can also have a dip in the Cliffs.
