Not a single complain, the staff is very friendly, room is nice, the beach is absolubtely georgeous. My favorates restaurants were the Italian one and the restaurant Latin cuisine. The have all kind of rums at the Bob Marley bar. Another thing that I loved from this resort is that it is only 5 min away from the Ricks Cafe, you can take a water taxi for only 5 bucks if I recall. The Gpurmet Inclusive experience is something that you can only find at karisma resorts, top noch cuisine .It`s a boutique hotel so its small but very cozy caribbean style. At night the show, singers and socca dancers, definately is the place to stay at Negril

The Hotel, Location and staff are just amazing. The best all inclusive we have stayed in across the board, from the moment you arrive they make you feel relaxed and special. Once you have spoken to a member of staff they remember your name and will go out of their ways to see you and check how the holiday is going. All the staff, and I mean all, truly want to make your holiday the best they can. Rooms are lovely, food is amazing and varied and the beaches are just beautiful. Pool Bar between building 1 & 2 is a great afternoon hangout with Christina and Nicola - they will look after you with plenty of cocktails and Baby Guinness

If there was a zero, I would have chosen it! I booked this hotel for a birthday getaway and it turned ruined my entire vacation. I booked an Premium Oceanfront View Suite but was given a swim up room on the 1st floor. When I pointed out this wasn't the room type I had paid for, I was told that the hotel was at capacity and I had to wait two days to be moved! The next day after much complaining, I was moved to a different room. This room type wasn't they type that I had paid for either. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. Management was no help at all. I ended up cutting my vacation short and just flying back home. This hotel should not be a 4 or 5 star hotel. It's showing signs of wear, it stinks and it has termites. I will never stay here again and will posting a review on every site that I can so this won't happen to anyone else.

All in all this was a very lovely resort. Most of the staff working here were just amazing. There were a few female bartenders at the swim up bars that were not very kind, but every one else was great. Roshane was new and he is our favorite!!!!! Tyron on the beach was also really helpful.

The food in this place was not as good as some of the other resorts we have been to. Mahogany buffet was definitely a nicer place then the Palms. Garfield's was great for lunch, especially on BBQ days. We did Ackee for dinner one night and it was meh.

Having to make reservations for the Asian and Italian place is super inconvenient. They are impossible to get in to. We ended up not eating at the Italian place at all, because the one night it worked for our schedule, they were closed. The Asian place was indeed yummy but a pain in the butt to get in to.

Entertainment at night was good not great. We did like the Nesta bar. Although if you wanted the "super top shelf" liquor, you do have to pay for it which is kind of a bummer. I have seen up charges for wine at all inclusives before, but never liquor.

As my title states, the people of Jamaica are so amazing. We didn't even mind the vendors on the beach, as a simple no will suffice. But you can still chat with them and most of them are great people.

The resort could certainly use some upgrading, but they are always working really hard on it. It was a nice place. Not the best, but nice.

Definately not 5 star, at a stretch 3 star !!

Claims to be 5 star, we have never stayed in a 5 star hotel with a complete crack down the toilet pan for a start.
We use 5 star resort hotels 4 times a year and this is by far the worst one we have ever stayed in.
The food was nothing special and at breakfast the only toaster was one domestic 4 slot toaster.
Trying to get a reservation in one of the a la carte restaurants was difficult and too time consuming.
The entertainment was equally disappointing.
The best part of our holiday was the beach...7 miles long and probably a lot of better standard hotels along it too.
TUI need to look into this hotel urgently, having stayed at other Sensatori hotels this one fails the standard that is projected by TUI.
Not wheelchair friendly, having watched one guest having to get up and down steps from the main reception I felt for him and no staff offered assistance, there is no ramp !
