How to Get There
We have been staying at the V&A (sister hotel) and have spent the last 2 days relaxing around the pool and treating ourselves to spa treats. I found Pelma to be a fantastic therapist who I would strongly recommend. I had a manicure and pedicure and was delighted with the results. I also had a complimentary back and shoulder massage around the pool by her which was amazing. Thank You so much.
The Sanctuary is a gorgeous, luxury Spa with beautiful facilities. Great shower and dressing gowns and slippers, with all the things you need to relax. Then I had the most amazing massage and facial given to me by the lovely Palma. Can't recommend her highly enough. She was so fantastic, and I felt a million dollars when I left.
From arriving at hotel, Cynthia, Jeanette and all the staff made us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is ideally located , a very short stroll to the vibrant waterfront. The accommodation is luxuriously presented and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was relaxed and plentiful . Would definitely return and would highly recommend a stay at the fabulous hotel

A big thank you to the amazing staff at the Sanctuary Spa, especially Pelma! Warm, friendly service all round with great facilities and in a very convenient location close to the waterfront. I will definitely be back again :)
We arrived exhausted from Australia late at night and were given a warm welcome by Nicholas. The bed was a dream and it’s impossible to get any closer to the sights of the V&A Waterfront - just a flight of steps. We couldn’t fault this small boutique hotel. I was suffering extreme jet lag and the bed was great. I wear earplugs and eye shades to sleep but if you are a light sleeper, the waterfront can get noisy on a weekend- the price you pay for being so close I suppose. The staff were very friendly and I had an amazing massage from a visiting masseuse. She was excellent. Highly recommended.
