How to Get There
Lovely stay for couple break especially the suite hot tub room. The food in the oak room is delicious. I would suggest they don’t put other people in the adjoining hot tub suite room. It’s meant to be romantic room. The hot tub is noisy and the tv is near the adjoining door which causes complaints and ruined the stay slightly. Staff in hotel check in and restaurant were lovely.
We stayed overnight after a family wedding and the day was fantastic, the staff were friendly and very attentive, the events manager was superb, unfortunately there were no towels in our room which was only discovered when stepping out of the shower, we did however find a bathrobe .
Breakfast was well presented and plentiful, but some of the staff were overheard gossiping with each other and complaining about guest's, calling them miserable, this was unprofessional extremely rude.
Having said that I would stay again, the wedding day was a day to remember for all the right reasons.
Had a fantastic day at moor hall celebrating my sons wedding, the food was beautiful and the staff were fantastic throughout the entire day, the only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the following morning, when getting out of the shower found there were no towels in our room, luckily there were bathrobes, breakfast was plentiful and well presented only to be spoilt by the very rude and miserable morning staff, who were overheard by several guests to be complaining and slagging off some of the guests and actually pointing out some guests to their colleagues, saying “that one’s complaining and that one’s miserable” very unprofessional, one was heard saying “ I can’t wait to get out of here “
