How to Get There
Really enjoyed our mini break the spa was lovely and the hotel was so comfy and clean. The meals was very nice, breakfast was a bit busy in the morning but the staff kept it well organised, the hotel grounds are really nice, it would been nicer with evening entertainment but looking forward to coming back on one of the tribute nights.
We organised a baby shower for our best friend last weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Kelly was the lady who booked the room and dealt with everything before we arrived and she was brilliant and extremely accommodating.
When we arrived everything was ready for us and the staff could not do enough for us. The serving staff who worked with our party were Pedro and Georgina and they were amazing. I cannot thank them enough for making the experience such a lovely one.
We visited Moor Hall Hotel for Afternoon Tea, as we’d got a gift voucher we wanted to use. Everything was fine and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Nothing was too much trouble. They prepared everything as we asked for and when the food arrived it was delicious. Plenty to eat and the waitress gave us a little box to put our scones in for later. Nice choice of teas and they were loose leaf which made a nice change. Would recommend.
I’d rather stay in a travelodge, needing a refurb, in Blackpool, on a Saturday night.
£126 for a room mid week in Sutton Coldfield with a single bed, a 15 year old soft mattress with a dip in the middle, beige textured wallpaper, wonky lampshades and (despite receiving confirmation at check in of breakfast being included) not even including a slice of toast. Don’t be deceived by the nice reception.
Absolutely fabulous hotel - would highly recommend. We held our recent corporate event at the Moor Hall, the event included an overnight stay for our guests. The staff were amazing, rooms were fantastic.
