How to Get There
Myself & 4 friends stayed for the Sunday night DB&B offer and we were not disappoined! The hotel is lovely set in beautiful grounds with lots of lovely features along with a very nice outside seating area. Everywhere was very clean, all the staff were very helpful, polite, friendly & professional. Our bedrooms were all great, very spacious and lovely comfy beds along with robes/slippers to wear in the spa. The spa was very clean with all the amenities needed for a nice relaxing time. Our plentiful 3 course evening meal/ cooked breakfast was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our "Great Girls Getaway" and will definitely be returning to Moor Hall for another one!
On arriving in our room we found a plate with a birthday message written in chocolate and a very delicious cake pop. Staff were very curteous and efficient. Facilities were top notch. The food in the Oak restaurant was exceptional
We booked a two night stay through secret escapes which was excellent. The hotel
was lovely and the staff so welcoming. In fact every member of staff we came across greeted us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. We had a superior room and requested a refurbished room with air con which we were given and was spot on. We ate in the carvery restaurant which was delightful for both evening meals and breakfast. Couldn’t find fault with any meals we had in fact they all were wonderful. We used the pool facilities which were lovely and clean. I’d give our stay 10/10, have already recommended and will be back even without a secret escapes deal!! Thank you
