Gorgeous hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights for my husband's birthday. It was fantastic and the staff were so helpful. We upgraded to a junior suite which was really luxurious.
Breakfasts were amazing with waiter service, champagne and everything to eat you could think of.
Would definitely recommend.

A lovely hotel, exactly as described

This hotel is an absolute treat. we were upgraded at a small cost to a junior suite which was just stunning. The staff were friendly and very helpful and could provide detailed info on the places we were interested in visiting.
The breakfast is just wonderful. A delightful spread of pastries, rolls, hams, cheeses, jams, orange juice, coffee and champagne served to your table. The cooked breakfast was made to order and was delicious!
We had a wonderful time

Cute hotel, well situated.

Great location--a bit quieter, which is greatly appreciated. Rooms are quite small, so do spend for the upgrade. Staff is warm and attentive, absolutely generous and thoughtful. Lovely to have a drink by the fire after a long day exploring.

A Great Secret!

The Pand Hotel is just around the corner from the Market Square and is located 100 feet from the famous Dijver quay and the canals. All rooms have granite or marble bathrooms, but the secret of the Ponds is in the hotel staff! The Breakfasts are something out of a movie with all meals cooked on a Aga (your specification); served on linen-dressed tables and come with a glass of champagne. There are smoothies and fresh fruit but the ambiance is outstanding. Sandy will make sure your visit will be remembered (breakfast) since she has been there as long as Pond Hotel has been there and you will know why after she takes care of your breakfast! I bet it will be one to remember! We were leaving on an early flight out and we mentioned it to Sandy and she told us to come down for breakfast (even though it did not open normally that early). She personally had breakfast for us which was outstanding. You can not find service like that anywhere! There is plenty of space to make yourself feel at home, with a library and a crackling fire place, and a plump bar. The Pand Hotel will be on my list when I get a chance to return to Bruges, Belgium.

Excellent in every way!

By the comments made by guests on “TripAdvisor I read and the pictures I saw, I knew it was a very good hotel. But, it exceeded my expectations! It’s location couldn’t be better: a few step from Rozenhoedkaai (if you don’t know this name, surely you’ve already seen a picture from this famous place in Brugge). When I checked in, they offered an upgrade for my room for an excellent price (I have to confess that I didn’t accept only because I’ve already spent so much money during my trip!). But, even the standard room (charming room) is so nice. The best way that describe my impression is that I’d like it’s was my own bedroom! The bathroom is small, but even so comfortable. The shower is excellent! The room is elegantly decorated in a classic way. It’s tiny, very clear. The breakfast is superb. All the staff is very polite and attentive with the guests. I d like to thank in particular Mr. Mathias who helped a lot to call to rearrange my flight.
