Fantastic hotel

What a wonderful hotel. We were made to feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived! We were given an upgraded room (No 51) which was perfect!!!! Gorgeous bathroom including Jacuzzi, walk in shower, robes & slippers. The entire hotel was spotless (& smelt divine) - so quiet and we slept so well. Breakfast was lovely- so much choice including champagne - we were stuffed each morning. Perfectly situated in Bruges for walking & shopping. Would definitely return here & highly recommend to anyone considering staying in Bruges.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is cosy, comfortable, and spotless.Staff very welcoming, and nothing too much trouble. For anyone who thinks the breakfast was expensive, you should try it.Absolutely everything you could imagine and more, plus champagne on ice, all served with immaculate linen and China We LOVED it!

Great for exploring the city centre

The hotel is down a quiet alleyway so there is little noise but it is pretty close to the main Markt and churches. Upgraded to superior, it was a luxury but at a reasonable rate. The staff are very friendly and there are some nice touches to detail in welcoming and making guests feel they are being looked after.

Lovely weekend break

We booked this hotel as a package with our Eurostar tickets and chose it due to its central location and reasonable price. The staff were absolutely lovely and so welcoming and helpful throughout the stay which gave the hotel a great atmosphere. Our room was slightly disappointing only because it was on the ground floor and had no views, but the amenities were perfect and the location was ideal for walking all over the city - all the major attractions are under 10 mins away. We would definitely recommend this hotel - just don't get tricked into paying for breakfast! 25 euros per person is really extortionate - we had a lovely breakfast nearby at Li O Lait for around 10 euros each, much better.
