Great check in and hotel staff, clean and comfy room, excellent location. Would stay again. Bathroom was a little to small. Stayed on the 4th floor and room was quiet. Enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel restaurant, where again the staff was great and the food yummy

Great honeymoon

We stayed at the Warwick for our honeymoon and had a great time! My husband emailed the concierge about it being our honeymoon before our stay and when we arrived they put us in a beautiful suite on the top floor. We had a view of the ocean and the space needle. The best part about the Warwick is it is within walking distance of all the major attractions. Front desk was helpful too. The restaurant staff were very nice also.Overall great stay!

Centrally located

The Warwick is very well located: close to the landmarks, close to the shops, you do not need a car at all. We had a great stay, but we thought some of the staff behind the front desk had too little experience. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff member asked me if I wanted to make some extra cash before realizing I wanted to check in. And when we went to the front desk because the air conditioning in our room made a lot of noise, the boy behind the desk looked really puzzled, as if we told him something really weird. Luckily, the senior staff member took over and sent someone to our room to fix it. But overall, lovely hotel, nice rooms and great location.

Good position

The Warwick is a 10 minute walk from Pike Place market. The concierge was extremely helpful when we arrived here as we wanted to return our rental car and leave our luggage there. Our room was on the top floor with great views the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good, if your in Seattle. I would recommend this hotel.

disappointed start to our vacation

Used this hotel for two days prior to taking our Alaska Cruise. Made reservation months before we arrived. Desk staff were just lovely, very welcoming. Bell man assisted us with our bags immediately. When we got to our room on the 4th floor we opened the curtains and were shocked to see that we were actually in a parking lot! Not just a view, but a rail separated our room from a car parked facing us. my husband opened the sliders and was actually able to reach out and touch the rail.! And this room was well over $350!!!
We tend to not be complainers so laughed it off and closed the curtains so that we could not see the lot. It did occur to me that a car could potentially come straight through our window!!!! And I worried about our security as anyone could step over that rail and open the slider doors! I went ahead and started to put away our bathroom items, and looked down to see a dirty used empty bottle of wine between the sink and window curtain. It was obvious housekeeping did not clean that area!!!! We noticed many areas in the bathroom where dust had piled up on woodwork! When we went down to dinner I let the staff know about this and they assured me it would be taken care of. Well, we checked out two days later and that bottle was still there!
The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent, if pricey. Service there was good and we ate there for two dinners and two breakfasts. We very much enjoyed a tour we took of Seattle.
The hotel was fairly well situated for those who get around by foot. We needed to use cabs due to some limitations. But I'm pretty sure we would not stay here again. I am aware that Seattle has a very short tourist season associated with the Alaska cruises, and this is why all the hotels were at a premium for charges. But for the money we spent I was greatly disappointed in our accommodations.
