How to Get There
I stayed at this hotel for a conference and was not disappointed. The rooms are clean, large and well furnished. It is within walking distance of the Wharf and there are a lot of food options around. The only problem I had was with the wifi. It is very spotty and almost useless.
Beware of rooms below Club Lounge VERY noisy. Every morning I was woken up by scraping and banging above me from the Club Lounge.I’m irritated that as the Sheraton’s Highest recognized Level of Frequent Traveler that they put me in these rooms. I also never get upgraded even though I know they have many better rooms available on the website.I stay here fairly often on business because it’s an excellent location.
Stayed here for a few days. Definitely a great location. Many places in walking distance.Staff was exceptionally nice. Room had a bit of a strange layout, with some retro 60 style theme, not the greatest. Pillows were way too soft - really quite bad. As a whole, not a bad place to stay for a few days.
Mostly very high marks, just some minor issues.Internet sign in was initially confusing. Thought there says fee.Toilet paper was hard to reach while using the toilet.I could hear some noise from the room next door.
We enjoyed our family stay at the Sheraton Grand Seattle. We received excellent service overall, and the hotel is lovely. We were a little surprised by the lack of basic amenities in the rooms - they were missing some normal things like q-tips and shower caps, which you'd expect from a hotel supposedly of this caliber. Room service was fast but the food was mediocre. My daughter couldn't eat her pancakes - said they tasted like plastic. So overall we would stay again, but probably not purchase food from the hotel.
