How to Get There
Came for an overnight girls trip to celebrate our 50th birthday. The hotel is gorgeous! There is a lot of Native American art work throughout - carved totem poles, glass mosaics, paintings - as if you are in a museum. Despite my request for an early check in, our room was not ready. We had spa appointments prior to the check in time. The bell staff was super friendly as we left our bags with them. The spa is on the second floor and is so welcoming and relaxing. Our massages were fantastic! The pool is on the first floor with both and indoor and outdoor seating areas. There are also some fun gift shops. Our room clean and spacious with two queen beds, plenty of pillows and USB ports to charge your electronics. The bathroom is clean, sleek, modern. Lots of towels, toiletries and hairdryer. The shower is phenomenal! Three movable jets mounted on the wall. The hotel itself is non smoking. Once we ventured into the casino for dinner, the smoke was prevalent. We ate at the Eagles Buffet which had so many choices! Overall, the staff in the hotel and restaurant are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
There are concerts aplenty here so if you’re planning to see a show here’s some things to know. Before you go.
1. Don’t Valet park if you plan to leave right after the show, self park instead.
2. The showroom is behind the hotel lobby so park on the hotel side not the casino.
3. There are only 14 or 15 rows of chairs in the showroom and there are large video screens on every wall, so there’s hardly a bad view in house.
4. Acoustics are good, not too loud. Seats are banquet chairs. Room to move or dance on the side or in the back.
5. Cash bars are in the showroom with a 2 drink maximum- or 1 drink with 2 shots. Beer and wine are reasonably priced.
6. Unlike so many concert venues these days there is virtually no security, which could be a good or bad thing depending on your perspective. Let’s just say they don’t search your bag before you enter.
Overall we had a very good experience here and the fact that you can stay in the hotel without driving home is a plus.
This is a great Casino Resort if you want to stay in one of their rooms. The food is great at many of the restaurants and also their catering is top notch. I think the slots are a little tight for my taste but I was not there to play games so that was ok. I wish I had time to use the pool as it looked really fun. The suites- I got to go to multiple parties while I stayed there and they were are amazing. Splurge and enjoy yourself and get one of the large suites and you will feel like royalty.
Beautifully appointed rooms with the best shower ever! Roomy bathrobes, plenty of plush towels, excellent in room coffee with half&half (a real treat when so many hotels give powdered edible oil stuff. Higher floors give nice view and very quiet.Loved the floor to ceiling windows.
Room was great and the hotel was awesome!
The only downgrade was informing me of the package at checkin (we had breakfast vouchers) and we missed out on a morning of paid breakfast.
There was also a checkout issue because the room service folks and the front desk in handling the breakfast vouchers we used during room service on the second morning. It took 20 minutes for them to figure out the billing.
