- Some rooms have a sizable shower but no bathtub; request a tub if needed

How to Get There
We had the best overnight stay here! The checkin staff upgraded us to a suite upon hearing it was our anniversary and the room was to die for. Clean and modern and swanky yet cozy! It was an anniversary to remember! The suite had a private terrace which we didn’t use much because it was chilly but so cool. The fireplace was so nice to have and extra cool because it was a diverse between the living area and the bedroom. It added a nice vibe. The decor was very nice and the couch and chairs and bed were very comfortable.
The staff was very welcoming and made us feel very special. It was a great 32nd anniversary. We may go back for our 33rd! Thank you
The location is great. The rooms are lovely in terms of art and design. The beds are very, very, very uncomfortable. Such a disappointment. Staff is poorly trained and/or not empowered to go the extra mile to address issues. In fact asking for basic items (like a remote for a TV which was missing from room) were met with "when I can get to it" and 40 minutes later they hand it to me through the door as if it was an annoyance.
I don’t think I’ve ever been in a hotel where the manager greeted me by name after I had only been there a few hours. Not only that, but the hotel manager at the Heathman Hotel Kirkland went well above and beyond in all aspects of service and exquisite treatment of his guests.
This hotel is a very convenient location, I decent restaurant but is located very close to many, many others, is immaculately clean, has a decent fitness room and, perhaps the best of all, has a free shuttle to anywhere within 10 miles of the hotel.
My dear friend and I planned a trip to the Heathman Hotel about 2 months ago. The weekend we ended up staying was the same weekend as the snow storms decended on the Northwest!
This gave us plenty of opportunity to stay in the hotel and be pampered. From the moment we checked in, Mitchell made us feel very welcome. We loved our room, it was spacious and very clean.
The lobby is a wonderful place to spend some time warming up by the lovely fireplace. The hotel is dog friendly and we made friends with many four, as well as two legged.
Due to the storm, some locals came and stayed at the hotel and we shared stories about the area and the restaurants. The hotel's restaurant is Trellis and the food was wonderful. A shout out to Viktor, Aldo and Fernando.......wonderful service.
Many of the staff ended up staying at the hotel to insure that all the guests would be taken care of since the snow made it difficult for some staff to get to work.
Hoping to have the opportunity to stay at the HH in the future.
The Heathman was as it always is, a lovely place to stay, eat and relax. I was able to get out of the snow and cold, and enjoy the bar in Trellis. A very pleasant visit to downtown Kirkland, close by everything and convenient to the waterfront of Lake Washington.
