Week long visit

This was our first time in Park City.

We liked the resort. Nice suite with full kitchen, dining table, living room, big master bedroom with two persons jacuzzi, separate shower, double sink, and separate toilet room. We had washer and dryer in unit along with the "B" did lock-off.

There were 3 pools-
1. Indoor-outdoor pool with 2 hottubs, games and kids activities, and steam room.

2. Indoor adult only pool located on 4th floor of the Elk building.

3. Outdoor pool

Nice indoor parking, spa, restaurants, and BBQs.

We used the concierge services.

There is a free concert in the public area out back on Thursday and Saturday during the summer.

Great place and great value

Visited over the 4th of July with our 2 kids, ages 5 and 8. The 1 bedroom suit gave us plenty of room with a full kitchen which is nice since you can keep food in the room. Plenty for the kids to do, swimming, game room, marketplace and kids club. The hotel is confusing to navigate but after a day you start to get the feel for where things are at plus there are plenty of staff always around to help. Great location made it easy to get into park city, free shuttle service! Very nice place! Would definitely recommend

best hotel ever

My first time in Park City. Staff was exceptional, pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. we enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra day. I am definitely staying AGAIN. the price was affordable, so many shops, kids loved the playground and pool. It is a big resort and we did get lost a few times

We thought this was going to be a nice place

This was our first time at this Park City property and it will be our last. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary. Check in time is 4PM while check out is 10AM. We arrived and elected to self park. The hotel was very busy so it took a while to actually find an open spot. Once we did it was quite a long walk to the room. The room was really worn down and felt dirty. The foot stools in front of the couch were filthy and the material was torn. The carpet edges were fraying all along the edging by the tile. In the bathroom we found bugs behind the garbage can. The couch has a lot of stains. We went to dinner and when we came back someone had come in the room and placed a white bath mat in front of the bed. We thought that was weird. We moved the towel and found there was a red stain on the carpet. The walls are very thin and we were kept up most of the night from neighbors going in and out of their rooms and the doors slamming. We went down the next morning to discuss with the front desk but they informed us the manager was not working and they would have to call us. No call was received.

Great place

So many positive things to say about this resort. First off the staff is amazing, so helpful and friendly. Second, the views are awesome. Third, so many things for a family to do! Hiking, ski lift, mountain biking and great restaurants, just to name a few. The villa we had was completely accommodating to our family of 5, clean and fully stocked. This is a place that I will come back to.
