Fantastic Room, Service, Food and Views

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and I received an email welcoming me before I even checked in. The rooms are beautiful and the food was wonderful too. I love the fitness center too and used it frequently during my stay.

A great stay for skiing and enjoying Park City!

The location is amazing and the hotel's amenities were surprisingly impressive. Our room featured a fireplace, balcony, oversized bathroom, and very easy access to the fitness center and outdoor (heated!) pool and hot tub. The service was superb and the hotel even offered an evening shuttle to downtown Park City with easy pick-up and drop-off. The ski-in, ski-off access was phenomenal and the equipment rental was great. The only negative experience I had was in finding my way back to the hotel after a day on the mountain; signage is scarce and I got hopelessly lost. Overall, this was a great stay!

Excellent hotel in an excellent ski resort

This hotel is absolutely first class. The rooms are all trimmed with the finest hard woods, bathroom floor and shower are all solid travertine, the beds are firm with luxurious linens, and every amenity is there, refrigerator, microwave, iron, robes. Standard rooms have gas fireplace. The Spa and gym are first class too. Every member of the staff we had occasion to meet was warm, professional and helpful. Even the ski pro shop Aloha Sports was excellent. The breakfasts were wonderful. The dinners were even better. Ski and and ski out. We did a father/son trip and loved every minute of it. So many chains seem to be in it just for the bottom line $. Every staff member of this Hyatt seemed to have a personal agenda to make sure our holiday was nothing but splendid. Hurrah!

Awesome ski-on, ski-off property in the heart of canyons!!

I came for 3 days of skiing with my husband and daughters. It was so convenient. Ski valet at the property and chairlift outside your door! Great staff, beautiful property, loved the hot tub and the pool! Home away from home!
