How to Get There
Stayed in 1 bedroom suite in Wasath building. Only thing I can compare to is staying in a luxury 1 bedroom apartment. It’s got top notch appliances (keurig coffee maker, sub-zero fridge, washer/dryer, stove, etc.). Free blu-Ray DVD rental, free bottle of water daily. Game room is on the 2nd floor where it has PS4 & XBOX 1 hook up to the tv although games are limited but there are there if you are in the mood to play. If you want to go to Main Street, free shuttle every hour on the hour after 5pm. The hotel is 6 minute walk away from ski slope where there are shopping area, food and drink places you can check out. We don’t ski but did enjoy few hours a day playing with a snow with our 7 year old son.
All the staff are super friendly and will answer any questions you may have. If they don’t know, they will make sure they will find out for you.
This has to be the nicest Hyatt hotel we have ever stayed in US & Canada. it’s that good that our son didn’t want to leave.
We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom suite in the Wasatch building. The suite was equipped with the finest furniture and provided a swiping mountain view! The full kitchen alone is worth the price of the suite, featuring a sub-zero refrigerator, Wolf stove, and Akso dishwasher. The kids tremendously enjoyed the free DVD rental machine as well as the cozy game room on the second floor. The complementary hot-chocolate and apple cider was served daily at the lobby and completed a perfect day after skiing. My kids and husband also loved going to the heated pool, jacuzzi and steam room at night. The parking was easy and convenient as well. We will definitely come back to the Hyatt Centric for the outstanding staff!
The front desk staff Liz was knowledgeable and amazingly helpful for newcomers. Every staff there was smiling and eager to greet and help me. It was one of the best Hyatt facilities and staff that I've seen.
This is a very nice upscale hotel designed for skiers, with a chair lift right at the front door. I was here in November so it was fairly deserted. The rooms are fabulous with very comfortable beds, beautiful views, nice bathroom amenities, good wifi, and the added luxuries of a full wet bar/fridge/microwave, and gas fireplace. My room had a balcony with a view of the slopes. The only minor drawbacks are that the restaurant is pretty basic and you can't walk into town, so you feel a bit isolated. It is very pet friendly and I loved saying hi to the doggies staying there with their owners.
By far one of the nicest looking and quality Hyatt’s that I’ve stayed. Especially in the US. The views are outstanding, especially from the rooms facing the mountains. We would absolutely 100% recommend this place.
3 night off season business trip so some stores were closed. Staff is outstanding. Some of our meals were catered by the hotel. Good presentation and assortment of flavors. Restaurant burger for lunch and breakfast sandwich stood out. Late night dessert take back to the room also available. 3rd floor shower pressure good but the shower head is not adjustable. Very little counter space especially if you're not traveling alone. Staff is very responsive for you needs including extra hangers. Our room faced the courtyard and you can hear if there are a bunch of people talking. The Marketplace just down the road open until 5 has pretty much everything you might need and the prices were a lot less than you might expect being in a resort area. Free hotel shuttle will take you into town on the hour starting at 5 and drive you back on the half hour. Uber/Lyft could be upwards of 25 minutes getting to the hotel (or in Park City) so plan accordingly.
