Nice Tranquil Resort

Stayed here for the weekend, got a great upgrade room, just gorgeous. Front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming and went through the resort and the amenities. Vicki was particularly wonderful. Room was huge with outdoor decks and 2 indoor fireplaces. Stay here and drive to Park City if you don't want to deal with crowds. Nice pool although there is no food or beverage service at the pool and the restaurant staff did not offer to bring out an appetizer we ordered saying

Beautiful Hotel!

Beautiful hotel, with such friendly staff! Everyone here is always willing to help in any way possible to make your stay perfect. The rooms are beautiful. It feels more like a vacation rental than a hotel.

Love that I was able to bring my dog with me and they treated him as if he was their own. \

Also, a wonderful place to host meetings! Tons of beautiful meeting space, extremely easy hotel to navigate, and extremely accommodating and attentive staff.

Great way to end vacation!!

After spending a week viewing the national parks of Utah we spent one night at this property. We loved it. This is my first time at any Hyatt property and we were impressed. We loved our room and spending time at the pool. We will definitely be back next summer when we tackle Utah’s southern parks.

Great for ski-in/ski-out

Stayed here last February for a long-weekend of skiing. Really nice and comfortable room, friendly staff, and great location at base of Canyons. The ski-in/ski-out set up with the ski valet was fantastic. The Sunrise lift is literally steps from the hotel.

We used the shuttle service to downtown Park City, which was efficient and easy to use. We also used the excellent Park City bus system which can be easily reached via the Cabriolet lift to the base of Canyons. Between Lyft, city busses, and hotel shuttle, we had no need for a car.

Food was pricey, as to be expected in a resort, but it really wasn't great. It was fine, but for a town with such great dining, this property could improve.

All-in-all, a really good place. We would return.

Magical in the Mountains

This resort is magical. The suites are beautifully appointed with premium appliances in the kitchen. What makes this place special is the staff. The front desk staff is professional, courteous and efficient. Devin really took great care of us. The housekeeping staff members are the best I have ever seen and I practically live in hotels because I travel for work. Our unit was spotless as were the hallways . Again going out of their way to take care of us. The maintenance staff is also top notch. The entire time we were there they worked in the background to keep everything in tip top condition. Lastly but not least the restaurant staff is fantastic and the banana pancakes are delicious. This resort is truly unique. I can't wait to return.
