LOVE LOVE LOVE this place - we come every year and have tried sooo many different condo rentals in VRBO and here's why Arrowleaf is the best: Arrowleaf is way nicer, newer and classier than the other condo buildings at Empire on Silver Strike. The main lobby and common areas are like a 5-star resort, unlike some of the other, more dated buildings that just seem dark and old. ski-in-ski-out onto Silver Strike via a beginners run but top of lift you can access all types of run - perfect for kids we can meet our Deer Valley ski instructor and buy tickets right outside Arrowleaf and avoid the crowds at the other lodges love coming back to condo for lunch or let the kids take a break from skiing - you literally pop off your skis and take the elevator right upstairs to the unit only 5 min drive to Main St Park City and we could practically walk (10-15 min) to The Montage for dinner, drinks, kids went to bowling alley, etc. Love being up on the mountain but still have access to the other places. great spas - there were 2, clean, nice. Beautiful views from both. We soaked in the spa and sat by fire pit which is just a few feet away from the ski run so nice to watch people pass by on skies and so gorgeous! Nice ski locker too so we din't haul gear back to condo uptairs every day. BEWARE of some of these 3 BR units - check to make sure they're on the ski slope side and not facing the back side parking lot/street. ALSO, higher the better (4 or 5 floor) and if you rent the 3 bedroom, make sure it IS NOT the unit with the "kitchen nook" because that model has a nice kitchen nook area (in addition to dining table and bar seating so not necessary), but the problem is that if there's a kitchen nook, all the bedrooms are crammed in together down the hall with shared walls so no privacy. We stayed in # 412 and loved it. We were in the "new" building too, which was great. Size and layout was perfect for 2 families with 5 kids/4 adults. Loved the place - more modern decor than some of the others. Shop around. We used VRBO and dealt with owner direct.

Stayed at Arrowleaf at Empire Pass for family ski trip. Great location with true ski-in ski-out access to Empire lift at Deer Valley. Condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could possibly need. The views overlooking Deer Valley were stunning, especially the sunsets. We loved the outdoor firepit and jacuzzi! The service was amazing. Eyreka went above and beyond. She helped us with our Sundance tickets and arranged for groceries to be in the room when we arrived so we could cook in. The location is perfect - just a short walk to Stein Eriksen's and close to the Montage. Eyreka will help with dinner reservations there as well. We will be back!

Stayed in Arrowleaf 302A for a family ski vacation. It's a very nice condo and was exactly as pictured on the Park City Vacation Rentals website. Rather than explain all the ammenitites you can already find online about Arrowleaf I'll just tell you about the details I wanted to know before renting there. 302A is a northeast corner unit on the third floor in the A building on the ski slope side overlooking the Silver Buck run and Silver Strike lift. The A building contains the lounge/fireplace area with pool table, computers, and coffee/hot chocolate machine. The entire building is very nicely appointed and quiet. There is no onsite concierge or other staff. Free parking is available in the underground, heated garage with elevator access. There is a ski locker area on the first floor with boot dryers in the lockers. From the ski locker it's only a few steps to the run and from there you simply ski down to the Silver Strike lift. There was never a line at the Silver Strike lift and you can access the entire mountain early without dealing with the crowds at the base area. At any time you can simply ski back down the Silver Buck run right to Arrowleaf; very convenient when skiing with kids who like to take breaks. There is a ticket office at the lift if needed. There are two outdoor jetted hot tubs (but no pool) and an outdoor fireplace right next to the run which are great after a day of skiing. 302A was nicely decorated and very comfortable for a family. The kids bedroom included 4 built-in bunk beds with power outlets and reading lights for each bed. The master bathroom included a heated floor and Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals and there is an adjacent breakfast nook area. The main living area windows had a view of the ski run, while the other living area windows and all the bedrooms faced the Arrowleaf B building. There is an audio/video system in the living area and TVs in the master and second bedroom. The TV in the second bedroom includes a DVD player while the one in the master does not. The condo met all of our expectations and we had a great time.

We booked Arrowleaf 202 for the first full week in February. It was advertised as ski in ski out, and the agent wasn't kidding. Right out the back sliding glass door to a balcony about 12 steps from the slopes, and about a half city block down the slope to the ticket office. We didn't use the building's storage lockers, opting to just leave our skis on the balcony. There was nothing in the area for food or shopping, but the condo complex shared a dial-up van service which was very prompt and convenient which took us to Deer Valley or Park City locations whenever we wanted. The furnishings were great; even the third bedroom, which in other condos is often very tiny, had its own full bath and 2 twins/1standard double. The only negative was that the price did not include any maid service (you have to pay a cleaning charge) and the rental agency "concierge" was ill, and apparently didn't have a sub to explain some of the details of the operation of the unit after we arrived. There were 2 (two) dining areas plus the breakfast bar. High speed wi-fi. There was a free Starbucks coffee/cocoa machine in the rather opulent lobby one floor down, where there also was a pool table.
