How to Get There
I thought I was in a scene from the movie, “The Shining”! This hotel needs massive updating! The room had caked up dust on the phones, the counter and chair, the floor was sticky also. I was In the room for like 15mins and my allergies was in full blast.
We are heading down to Tennessee from New York and needed a place to crash for one night. Looking on Priceline they rated this place decently and the price was good
What a bloody mistake. This place is straight out of the 80’s. It smells like it was last cleaned in the 80’s. The lobbies smell like stale cigarette smoke. The room smells musty beyond belief. Mainly because the air conditioning doesn’t work well enough to manage the moisture in the room
Thank god it’s only one night. We might even eat the cost of the room and just find other accommodations. This is sad on so many levels
Tried to take a shower and the shower curtain is covered in mold. It looks diseased. The hvac system barely works. We have had it set at 65 to try to cool down and dry out the damp conditions in this room. I honestly would not be surprised if we were breathing in mold as well. The air has been set at 65 degrees for hours now and it’s still damp and smelly. Slightly cooler but not by much.
This hotel is misrepresented on all websites. It’s NOT a 3 star hotel. This is barely a 1 star. I bet a brothel is better kept than this dump. I called Priceline to complain and to tell them they misrepresented the class of hotel. We were told the hotel sets the class rating. We warned Priceline not to do business with this place.
This place is one giant health hazard. The hotel management can say what they want.... this place is an absolute nightmare and they darn well know it.
Don’t waste your money here...run the other way. Even if they offered the room for free....run.
Room was dirty from top to bottom, bad smells, nothing good to say at all. The front desk staff looks like they want another job, building is old and outdated. They tried to do a makeover that did work!! The pol is small and awful due to cleanliness.
