How to Get There
Easy access off of I-64 with several restaurants nearby. Found the staff to be very friendly and efficient and was very impressed with my room. Quiet and easy to control heating unit, beautiful floor to ceiling windows with excellent shades to keep room dark, spacious bathroom with glass enclosed shower and ceiling water fixture. Hope to return soon to this wonderful property.
I do my reservation At MARRIOTT.com
From the 23 to the 25 March 2019, they said the hotel is:
1)They say the hotel is newly remodeled: But its a lie
2) There was 2 big dogs (Golden retriever) in the room, and in elevator: to doubt the cleanliness because maybe the room have fleas.
3)They offer the turn down every evening: I been 2 nigths and they didnt anything.
4) The buffett breakfast: they tell the price but do not tell you they will be charged a 18% service and tax, is logic to charge a TAX but the service 18% dont say in any place.
5) Do not recognize the SPG guest benefits.
For the price they charged and the room quality it is not worted.

Every time we stay at this hotel I am impressed. We checked in this past Saturday on a very busy weekend. Even with all of the activity, the team at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. It always feels like coming home when we stay. Even though the hotel was sold out, we didn't hear a peep in our guest room. The breakfast buffet on Sunday morning is also very well done. Highly recommend the hotel. It is beautiful and the rooms are very well appointed, but it really is the staff that makes it a great hotel.
This was another pleasant stop that has become our routine on road trips South. Very clean and quiet. Actually while checking in we saw a girls soccer tournament checked in right before us. I thought there would be little sleep that night but much to the credit of good sound proofing...and thoughtful parents..we never heard a thing and slept great!!
The bar and restaurant staff very friendly and food is good. The only negative was the woman at check in was totally unfriendly Did her job but no welcoming in her attitude at all.
I go here for CFA meetings and the food and service is great. The lobby is clean, parking is usually easy and I enjoy going there. Not sure what else to say since I haven't stayed in a room. I do know that the restroom is always clean and well stocked with paper towels.
