Awful. Air unit would not go off even though I switched it off. Room across hall was super loud and I barely got sleep in between two 16 hour shifts which I rely on my sleep as a travel nurse. You could tell the room that I was put in was super lower class, dirty, had no bar soap in room which I left home thinking they’d have, and was not a quiet area not sure if they reserved these lower class rooms just for Priceline customers.

Fantastic Stay

Nothing to complain about at all about our stay---the staff was friendly, excellent service in the restaurant! Food was Amazing. The check in process was very easy, rooms were clean, and the king size bed was very comfortable!

The rooms were large enough for one person. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Kirkley hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will be remised if I did not mention how dirty the vents were, especially in the bathroom.

Check your AC unti

This is the third time staying at the Kirkly and the first two times I have no complaints. The staff is exceptional and the Great Room has excellent food. This stay was terrible to say the least, however the staff did their best to accommodate my stay and they were wonderful. My AC unit was full of mold and dirt as was the vent in the bathroom. I actually had sick lungs due to the AC unit. They moved my room when they realized how bad the AC unit was. The food in the banquet room was extremely salty and was also processed food. If you're going for an Intensive with Liberty, due not get the Intensive pkg. The kirkly will give you a good rate, just get your food elsewhere. Again, the staff is amazing there and the beds are quite comfortable and the staff will do their best to accommodate your every need.

I have stayed at the Kirkley hotel many times and it is one of my favorite hotels. The service is always outstanding and the beds are very comfortable. Their restaurant is also great, they have really good food and the service is great there too.
