How to Get There
We enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again for the right price.
- easy to find location close to the shops
-great customer service (check-in, followed up with up twice via text after we got into the room and the next morning to see if we needed anything and how we were doing, and parking attendant),
-nice starbucks coffee maker
-nice rain showerhead touch
- TV included option to watch netflix or hulu on the screen with your account login
-nice extra essential oil for sound sleep.
-recycling bin included in the room
-I believe there is a shuttle that can take you to the metro but we didn't use it.
-Also, it seems that internet was not included in our booking but they ended up including it when I asked.
Our bathroom was slightly run down with a few small rust spots in the tiles. I think they may be planning for renovated rooms but not sure.
Stayed here for one night. My colleague and I arrived in the morning. Checked in. Both rooms were filthy and not ready. Had to wait for our rooms. The rooms themselves are old with scratched out furniture. Shower is ok as is the bed. WiFi was decently quick. Location is near a mall but requires a ride. Nothing to write home about and many better choices exist nearby.
We picked the Westin Tysons Corner for a romantic weekend getaway for Valentine's weekend. From the moment we made the reservation, guest experience specialist Estela Sunga made sure it was an unforgettable weekend for the two of us. She worked hard to ensure we were well taken care of and took care of our questions and concerns. All the staff was nice. I want to mention Ishmael at the front desk who checked us in and since there was no bell hop at that moment so he helped us with getting our luggage to the room. More took nice pictures of us around the property so we would remember the moment. Estela is also a good photographer. The staff in the breakfast area was awesome. We did not want to leave but when we did Sura at the front desk gave us a friendly send off. Thanks Westin for a great weekend.
I love my Business stays at the Westin Tyson’s Corner! They really take care of their guests and always find ways to surprise and delight! I love the staff. I wanted to specifically call out Estela Sunga for greeting me by name when I come, anticipating my needs etc! I would highly recommend her and the hotel and will stay again in the future!
We have tried four times to get our bill updated, to no avail. No return call from accounting. This was a great stay, but the experience with customer service ensures I will not be staying here again.
