Great stay!
Reviewed 2 days ago

We were in the area to attend services at Arlington National Cemetery. We chose this hotel based on location and the reviews we saw here on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. The location on the hotel was great, self parking was easy and quick in and out. As for inside the hotel, the decor was a bit tired, but everything else was top notch: the rooms were quiet, silent even. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. If you have an opportunity to have Benny serve you in the dining room, you will be not be disappointed. We will definitely stay here again, should our travels bring us back to D.C.

Too much noise
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Titanium member for Marriott so I have 100s of nights experience annually so when I say it was noisy, believe it. From the incessant jackhammers operations all day to incredibly noisy doors slamming in the rooms to the noisy creaking elevator doors...ugghhhh. luckily the staff were pleasant and friendly in the bar, restaurant and check in. Food is very good in restaurant. Hotel very close to Metro and easy walking to shopping and restaurants. 4 miles from Capital Hill and just over 1.5 miles from Arlington Cemetery. Bedding was comfortable but bathroom is small.

Beautiful Hotel / Excellent Customer Service!

I booked a group at the hotel, and the group sales team (Stephanie, JoeNiece, Vannina, Ramone) were excellent to work with! They took care of every detail. The hotel is beautiful, in a great location, and has a great breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, rooms need an update
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We stayed with a group touring the DC area. The location of the hotel is very convenient to get to DC by the Metro or driving. It's very close to Reagan Airport, the Pentagon, Arlington cemetery and a decent drive to Mount Vernon. There is a mall a few blocks away with shopping and a food court. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby bar was nice but the rooms need an upgrade to be on the same level as other Westins. The hotel has a restaurant but we did not eat there. Once they upgrade the rooms I would stay there again.

My go to!

If you are looking for a warm, friendly, upscale, but not "snobbish" hotel, this is the perfect place. I've had the pleasure of staying here for the last year, and they are fantastic. The staff is awesome. Ashish, Erick and the entire morning team make sure I get a healthy start to the day, and Robert and the evening staff serve up great drinks and hospitality to close out the day. After only a few stays, everyone at the front desk greeted me by name. I even caught, in a good way, housekeeping trading out the pillows for my visit (I prefer foam), As someone who travels way too much, this warmth and kindness makes a huge difference and makes this hotel nearly my second home!
