We booked this lovely hotel via PRIVATEUPGRADES and let me tell you I and my wife had such an amazing time staying that we will definitely visit that place again next year. We also would like to mention how supportive our booking service was. One of the best luxury hotels we have been in.

The lobby is infused with perfume, the radiators are not turned on until a specific date

The best part of the hotel experience was the breakfast which included caviar on the buffet.
The worst part was the perfumed lobby and registration area which caused me a sinus headache and watery eyes after each time I was in it for more than a few minutes. There are many people allergic to perfume and if you are one of them do not go here!!!!I

I discovered at 9:30 pm when the room seemed very cold that the heat was not working. It was 3 degrees C outside. The thermostat was not working. I called and a young man came to see the problem. He came back with an electric radiator to plug in the wall and said the heat would not be turned on until later in the month.

We booked a suite that had a stairway with the bedroom on the second floor. That was fine but the bathrooms were not. The bathroom downstairs had a tub but no shower. It also had no shelf to put anything on since the sink itself took up all possible space. There is room for a shelf on the opposite wall and they ought to put one there.

The upstairs bathroom did have a shower, but it was so small you could barely turn around in it.

There are no dedicated USB outlets for charging electronics.

The front desk was very helpful and the location excellent.
