How to Get There
This hotel is out of this world when it comes to the decor and design. Most of the hotel is decorated with marble and high class furniture. Our room was a grand deluxe double room and it honestly had it all. Great views and amazing decor, where the bathub with river view and Tv was a sign of the high class. Furthermore the hotel is located right smack in the centre and has great staff always willing to help.. The only thing that drags this hotel a bit down is the view from the pool and the very pricy breakfast.
Stayed in The Reverie twice, both for business travel. Rooms, facilities, and service is world class. Rooms are regularly turned-down, free chocolates, superb breakfast choices, and spacious rooms. Hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are well maintained. I like the walk in closet and toilet. Toilet seat are kept warm with nice bidet and blower. :) Highly recommended if you plan to travel to Ho Chi Minh.
I travel extensively to Vietnam for business and have been staying in Reverie since last one year. The level of customer centricity the staff exhibits right from the time you land at airport and the limo picks you up to the time you check out, is probably the best globally. The stay is like a dream; Amazing interiors, the courteous and well trained staff, amazing dishes specially done by Chef and not to miss the best ever rooms. Team- Do keep this up. You are a class on your own and just keep it the way just the way it is now. My best wishes to you,
I can't imagine there ever being another hotel as beautifully decorated, located, and staffed (and we've stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong and Las Vegas and the several Four Seasons in the States). The rooms are stunning - so much so we were hard-pressed to rouse our children to leave them. The pool is lovely. The people though are the real gem. Hung's smile, warm welcome, and pleasant disposition was especially appreciated. Grateful to have the experience of staying here.
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff has excellent service, the rooms are big and comfortable and breakfast is high quality and a lot of options, both a la carte and buffet. We had a room on the 34th floor with river view which was great because on one of the nights there where fireworks and we had front row seats :).
