The hotel just openend but I think it is already the best place to stay in the old quarter. It was the first hotel we stayed during our 3 week holiday traveling through Vietnam and was absolutely a favorite. Best thing of the rooms were the beds but the rest was also very good. The hotel would need to do something about the water running in the toilet area from the shower, but they were constantly asking what they could improve as it was still the soft launch. I have shared the with them and I am sure they would address it. I must also mention the lovely staff. They would go above and beyond to make our stay the best and they certainly made our Hanoi experience great.

Excellent professional service with personal touch

Everyone speaks excellence English better than many 5 stars global chained hotels. I had a conference call for work during breakfast and the staff accommodated me by lowering the music which I appreciated very much. The receptionist at the spa was very friendly and my Swiss niece had her best massage. The tea served at the spa was very soothing and the cookies were yummy. The staff was very generous with bottled water - continue to give us as many as we needed throughout the day. I want to try their property in Hoi An

Very nice Hotel, Well trained, friendly and attentive staffs. We traveled to vietnam for a week and stayed at 3 hotels in Hanoi. La siesta was the last one and I should say it was the best among the other 2.
We stayed there for a night and we had a great time.
Specially there was a sweet lady Nguyen Minh Phuong who gave us great advises for the places we wanted to visit and dine. we had a day trip on the next day which was also our last day in vietnam and when we came back to hot in the evening from the trip in order to tale our lugages she provided a room for us to take shower and get ready before we headed to airport.

I believe the extra cost was worth it compared to other hotels which we visited in Hanoi.
