With respectful tribute paid to the building’s original architecture, you’ll find luxurious modern furnishings and facilities that blend seamlessly with their historical surroundings.
The theme of Viennese charm with contemporary design continues on into the spacious rooms, blending traditional touches with bang-up-to-date technology. Suites are individually appointed with subtle and sumptuous fabrics and furnishings. They ooze sophistication and historic Viennese charm, and in them you’ll find at least 50 square metres to do with as you please.
The hotel has a great selection of restaurants and bars to choose from. Die Kuche features an open kitchen, a delicious farmers’ market-style breakfast selection and succulent roasts of the day, while Edvard offers a more upmarket setting with a simple menu of high-end creations made using fresh ingredients. How to Get There
This hotel made our trip 10 times better, felt like luxury really worth the price the facilities are great the staff are super proffesional yet friendly and the rooms were always very clean, if I ever come to visit again I will definitely be coming to this hotel.
The Palais Kempinski is pure class. From the staff, facilities, rooms and food they are top notch. They even have a cigar bar! You can take the “free” bikes and tour the city. The concierge has terrific advice. Breakfast is excellent- hard not to overeat! Booked through AmEx and got several additional benefits like late check out. Which was clutch.
One of the best hotels in Vienna ..very clean and all the personnel are very helpful and know how to manage any obstacle that might arise..the only drawback is that the air conditioning needs some time to cool the room
Ordinary & very much a generic 5 star hotel. Lacked atmosphere & warmth. Wouldn't be my choice on a return visit. Location is also on the ring road so just out of the city centre. Very quite area so probably good for business travellers.
We planned a weekend in Vienna en route between Auschwitz and Croatia and could not fault the Palais Hansen as a choice of hotel.
Super-helpful staff made our stay a delight, from the concierge who parked our car and took care of the luggage to the waiter in the bar hall, everyone was friendly and professional.
This is far from being a budget hotel, but represents good value for money.
We have resolved that we shall return to Vienna for a longer stay in the future and plan to return to Palais Hansen
