How to Get There
Hotel is located in the center of Vienna, next to the metro station ( but the metro stations in front of the hotel is under reconstruction) so you need to use the nearest metro stations that is around 600 meter far from hotel. Room are OK, staff very helpful and polite . Only remark for breakfast ( poor choice) , it is not like for 4 star hotel.
We reached to hotel in afternoon and lady at reception was really friendly and helpful.
Room was very nice with average breakfast options. Only this during this time near by metro station was under construction. Rest all perfect.
This hotel was a great choice. It was superb value for money, and also exceeded both me and my partner's expectations. The staff were really friendly, and helped us whenever possible. They also all had strong English.
The room was really spacious, way larger than I would have expected. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a good hot shower on demand. The wardrobe space was really great, and the room was also really quiet!
On another note, the property is twenty-ish minutes from the city center, but the hotel is very well connected - there are buses and trams within walking distance. You could always get a taxi either, the staff are more than happy to call one.
If we returned to Vienna any time soon, we will stay here!
Location of the hotel would have been great. However the metro station (Pilgramgasse) right next to the hotel is being renovated until 2020 and we weren't informed of this prior to our arrival. We ended up pushing our 25kg luggages from the next nearest metro station (Kettenbruckengasse) which was a 10 minute walk away. A warning from the hotel would have been appreciated. It's very simple and straightforward getting to the hotel from the airport, you're able to get to the airport within 30 mins or so.
Room was clean and comfortable. It was spacious. Room was equipped with a minibar, hair dryer, TV, and safe. Would have been great if the room had a kettle too. However when we wanted to make instant noodles, the staff assisted us by giving us hot water from the bar which was much appreciated!
Hotel breakfast had a decent spread. It's priced at 11 euros which is pretty reasonable considering that you would have to pay around 3 euros for a cup of coffee outside.
We cancelled immediately the reservation as there are works done next door to the nearest underground till next year and we have not being told or warned. Didnt like that and immediately i cancelled my reservation.
A warning would be appreciated by the hotel.
