How to Get There
I travel a lot for business and have been to many hotels. I have never seen a human team more committed and engaged than in this hotel. I have already been twice there and it is my favorite hotel in Vienna.
The rooms are very clean and they take care of the details. The hotel has several meeting areas, indoor and outdoor. The Wifi connection is good and it is very close to the city center.
nice 3 star hotel, room clean and fresh, good breakfast variety and fresh. there is Billa supermarket nearby.
They provide apple at your room wall, it's a bit awkward, but quite a unique presentation and anti mainstream kind of thinking.
if you are use to sleep with good and puffy pillow, you have to bring your own pillow, since they provide very very very thin pillow 😂 (the management respond that they're on process of providing pillows selection, soon)
We have stayed in this hotel for over a week. We have paid extra for premium hotel room which looked like a prison cell and was very hot. We were told that the heat will be reduced on lower level which is not so close to the roof. We have moved to smaller room on the fifth floor which had two small windows which could be open partially to a very noisy street with all night traffic. Air condition was working but provided no relief once temperatures climbed above 25 degrees Celsius. When we complained we were moved to the room on the opposite side. This room had one large window which opened to a courtyard filled with students from the dormitory right across from us. These students smoked and had a good time all night long. Room service decided to refill only certain items. You had to chase them down and asked them to correct it. Breakfast room was filled everyday with tourists from buses. Service did not turn tables fast enough so people were eating on messy tables and they were also standing in lines waiting for cups, plates or glasses. Management of this hotel should spend a night in this hotel! Hopefully they will understand what needs to be fixed. We recommend starting with AC and WiFi. Both of them should be working!
I was on Christmas and everything was on this hotel very good.the stuff, the food, and everything is at the public area on this hotel. Also this is very close to the market and you can find everything you want around
Location away from city center but the subway is nearby and safe and efficient and you can get anywhere from there. The rooms are small but clean. Front desk personnel were nice and helpful and let us check in early when they didn’t have to. The breakfast is the best thing about the hotel. Across the street are some restaurants and another hotel. If you are on a budget and want a safe and clean place to stay as a home base to see Vienna, it is acceptable.
