How to Get There
Wonderful staff. Great central location. Very clean and extremely spacious rooms. The train noise was the only (minimal) downside to our stay. I would definitely stay again at this location when next travelling to Melbourne.
We had an amazing time here.
When we stayed the spa was working the first night but was broken the next couple of days which was upsetting but I know they were trying to fix it but obviously needed tradies to come fix it.
It was a little confussing with the lifts. Two sets of lifts but hotel people could only use one of them but you didn't know that you couldn't get to the pool or spa until you stepped out of the lift and tried to get into the hallway of the first floor. I think there should be a sign somewhere for that. We had to go all the way back up to our floor and walk around to the other lift to go to the first floor so we could go swimming.
nice handy place close to the Southern Cross station plenty of storage friendly staff. The building Is a lovely building kept clean in all passage ways and room We did have an issue with the taps very hard to turn on and off.
