BAD Accomodation- do not waste your money
Louise D

I am very disappointed with the QT Resort at Falls Creek Resort. The heating didn't work at all and my daughter's and I froze all night. I ask the staff at reception 3 times if the heating could be fixed and only one small heater was given that didn't stay on after 10 minutes. The guy at reception was more interested in eating his dinner than helping. I wish I stayed somewhere else at Falls Creek for the price I paid. Very bad accomodation with no helpful staff.

Far too noisy for a family stay

Convenient location for arrival, access to ski school and childcare. Excellent buffet breakfast. Beyond that I would not be able to recommend staying here. Being so close to all the major roads, there is snow ploughing that takes place directly outside the rooms from 5am (daily) to as late at 10.30pm on the night skiing evenings (twice a week). Of course this is essential work. However the windows are single glazed, and the ploughing may as well have occurred inside the room! From our wanders around Falls Creek, I would look at Ropers for apartments or Astra for a more hotel-like stay

Quality in great location

Very nice clean and new apartment. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that had an en-suite plus another full bathroom. Also had a full kitchenette.
The hot tub on the balcony was superb at the end of a big day shredding.
Super convenient location straight above the Halley chair, however with central location comes some noise. The windows are surprisingly thin, you can hear all sounds from below even on the 5th floor. On the night skiing night they had the grooming crew out late and they are super noisy bunch
Having said that if we can afford it we will stay here again.
