Stayed three nights, corner room on the 15th floor. Clean room, comfortable bed with duvet, lots of space. Ordered room service one night and it arrived a promptly as you could expect. Don’t bother valet parking, the self parking was very easy and convenient. Club room was on the main floor near the elevators and it was well appointed with drinks and snacks at all hours. Great location, walking distance to everything downtown and on the harbour front.

Great location, our room needed some upgrading

We visited this hotel for a 9 night stay for my kids' work. It is very conveniently located, especially if you don't have a vehicle at your disposal. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were great! Our room, however, could use a bit of sprucing up. The carpets in our room looked filthy and were stained. The beds, though, were comfortable and our room with 2 queen beds had ample space to set up the rollaway bed for our stay. Also, it was a proper bed instead of a flimsy rollaway, so my daughter was quite comfortable.

For the price paid, it would have been nice to have a microwave available, especially when travelling with kids.

A great bonus for me was the laundry room. Although one set of washer/dryer was not working, the other set worked well. It was great to be able to do laundry at the hotel rather than lugging it to a laundromat, especially because I didn't have a car.

The room service was great. We ordered it 3 or 4 times during our stay and can recommend it.

Another plus was the ability to log into your own Netflix account on the tv in the room.... however, the wifi was absolutely awful! Even with the highspeed upgrade, it was really, really bad.

Hotel is in a perfect location we were able to walk over town. Steps from the harbor, shops, restaurants & pubs. Our room on 9 is comfortable, clean & quiet. The gym and pool are nothing special. Benjamin and Louis both concierges Where are wonderful, getting us chores, Museum tickets and the ferry out. They really were superb! The only negative is Wi-Fi, we’re having trouble getting and staying on the network; it’s been costly with international fees.
