A great stay

I spent two nights here on a business trip. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The rooms has all the amenities as you would expect as well as wifi. Noice was good to...did not hear other guesses. I plan to stay here on my next trip.

I am surprised by the positive reviews. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient but the hotel itself needs a good make-over. The room is so outdated and the rug stinks. The internet was also bad. I think Marriot is taking advantage of Victoria being a tourist city and charging too much for a hotel in bad need of updating.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at the Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour. We took the clipper from Seattle, and were able to walk to the hotel. It has an amazing location in downtown, behind the Empress Hotel, and within walking distance of museums, shops, restaurants. We even took the public bus to the Butchart Gardens.
The hotel has great customer service. Our room was large, with a balcony (no seating) with a city view. The property has a restaurant with a patio, as well as an indoor pool, a gym and a hot tub.

Nice Hotel

Stayed here for a few days for work and loved it, the staff were all very friendly especially the restaurant staff.

Had some really good food here.

The room was clean with a comfy bed and a big TV that has Netflix and YouTube.

Parking was easy but can't comment fully as I used the valet service.

The only thing I would mark down is the gym, it only has a small rack of dumbbells and some cardio stuff. It's a hotel though, there are plenty of gyms near by.

I had a pre-authorisation hold on my card for $50 per night (this is normal for most hotels but leaving this here so people aren't surprised by it). The money was back on my card 3 days after check out.

Clean and friendly with GREAT beds, wonderful location

Here on business, currently on the 16th floor with an amazing view of the parliament buildings and the Empress Hotel.

I’ve stayed in a LOT of hotels however this bed and the sheets are a cut above the rest. The bed doesn’t have that annoying divot is the middle making you slide into the person beside you, there is a mini fridge, coffee maker and a spacious bathroom.

The pool area is small but clean and the hot tub is well balanced so when you dry off your skin it doesn’t feel like it’s gonna peel right off.

The parkade is easily accessible and feels safe and the location of this hotel is about a two minute walk to the Empress hotel, as you’re directly behind it.

Getting here couldn’t be easier, I flew here and getting the shuttle from the airport was a piece of cake and about $20 bucks.

The service staff that we’ve talked to are all very nice and the M Club Lounge has really amazing offerings and I have to say - the decor inside the lounge is the most beautiful of all so far. Completely inviting and beautifully designed.
