How to Get There
A night in Ruzzini Palace hotel was awesome.
The room was really nice, with a tiny balcony with a beautiful view!
The staff provided us with exceptional services.
And the breakfast was outstanding.
A great place to stay.
I purchased the trip at charity raffle. The hotel was excellent, very quality rooms and amazing history. The people were very helpful and nice during our entire stay. The location is well situated between Rialto pier and San Marco square. But, you'll still get lost every day, because it is Venice. We checked in Weds, checked out on Friday, took a boat right to the back which was slightly expensive, but great experience and convenience.
I was here with my husband beginning of May. It was our first stop after coming in from Boston and we were exhausted and jet lagged. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and kindly upgraded (without asking!) to the junior suite that overlooked the square. The suite was beyond our dreams - classically creative and thoughtfully designed.
The staff are incredibly gracious — as an example, they kept breakfast open especially for us even though we came well past the time served for breakfast, and even then, they were incredibly courteous and pleasant (not grumpy or upset in the least!).
When it came time to leave, they arranged an amazing water taxi right out of their lobby which was perfect since we hadn’t had time to take a gondola ride. It was so memorable!!
Whenever we come to Venice next we absolutely plan to stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely experience!
This is a lovely unique hotel in a former palace. Just far enough away from the very crowded St. Marks area to be quieter, but an easy walk if you want all the hoopla. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was an amazing buffet.
Great service, friendly staff and superb location. Only a 6 minute walk to Rialto bridge and 10 minutes to San Marco. Decent breakfast to get you started in the morning. Very comfortable and good sized bedroom. Highly recommended.
