How to Get There
This was exactly what we were wanting for our first visit to Venice. As a Diamond member, we were given an upgrade to an executive canal view room. We had access to the lounge, which provided snacks and drinks from 5-7. They also had breakfast and drinks throughout the day, but I didn't utilize that since they also gave the option of enjoying the full breakfast in the restaurant, which was outstanding! Status also provided daily passes to the spa. That was such a nice way to wind down at the end of the day in the sauna, steam room and Turkish Bath.
The hotel was beautiful overall being a restored former flour mill. The views were lovely from our room, the lounge and the rooftop bar. The shuttle back and forth to St Marks square was very helpful for getting around. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Venice.
I'm delighted that we stayed here, on Guidecca, and away from the crush of tourists instead of near the city center. We enjoyed quiet and secluded strolls through local and picturesque neighborhoods. Convenient hotel shuttles pull up to the hotel entry approximately every 15 minutes to take guests to other locations all over the lagoon. The hotel, first built as a flour mill and also operated as a pasta factory, is renovated into an amazingly beautiful, enormous, and comfortable property. Our room was cozy and comforting. Don't miss the rooftop lounge with an Aperol spritz and delicious appetizers.
Worst service. I’m exhausted from traveling I have been waiting 3 hour to check into my room!!! I will never stay here again. I would have e canceled but my room was already prepaid. They are extremely UNORGANIZED!!
Beautiful Hotel, Very welcoming and friendly staff, skyline bar is a must, cleanliness, shuttle boat service is the best perk. Overall the Hotel is well worth 5 stars, and I would stay here again when visiting Venice.
This hotel is located in a very convenient site just across from San Marco and offers it's has it's own water taxi to get back and forth.. We dinned in their restaurant across the sidewalk in the evening, and the menu and service was outstanding. I recommend this hotel.
