How to Get There
The hotel is beautiful , the staff was friendly, polite and professional. We had a snack in one of the restaurants and the food was very good. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend it. Being right on a canal was lovely and we had a room with a view of the cancel.

Please do yourself a favor and book here. The Hilton Molino Stucky Venice is lonely of the top because of the great leader Mr. Rodoni! I have been here several times. It’s gotten better and better each time!
Even though we only had 15 hours at the Hilton but we enjoyed it so much. They have the best team on the planet! I I love, love love it here so much I bought the ticket to come back right away. It is one of my favorite Hilton hotels worldwide. And the breakfast, omg so fresh and plentiful. We ordered room service. Incredible food worth the five stars this hotel has. The view is breathtakingly beautiful!!! We are so grateful for everything!

Arrived Venice 3 days ahead of cruise, but no luggage. Staff went to out of their way to make our stay comfortable while we had nothing but the clothes on our back. Elisa Zamunaro in guest relations provided basic necessities, a comfortable room with a bottle of Prosecco. Carlo Perilli, chief concierge and his team called the airlines to locate our luggage and to expedite their delivery to the hotel. After 2.5 days, our airline finally located the bags and delivered them. We were so grateful for all the hotel staff assisting with the language issues.
We stayed in the Hilton Molino Stucky for nights. The hotel is large and looks fine from the exterior. The rooms are not up to Hilton standards. The exception to this is that the bathroom was very nice. Overall the room, while clean enough, was small and not comfortable. There was only one chair in the room.
The lunch and breakfast restaurants had mediocre food. For example, the scrambled eggs in the breakfast line were lukewarm and not tasty. This restaurant was also a serve yourself breakfast buffet. The lunch room restaurant food was not up to Hilton standards. The burgers were not tasty, though the fries were okay.
The halls leading to the rooms were substandard. They were not well cleaned and the walls were in badly need of a paint job.
Generally, the service was good. The concierge desk crew was very good.
An exception to the service was the check in and check out desk. I asked for five 10 euros in exchange for one 50 euro bill. They said they did not have the money and sent me to two other places in the hotel. Neither of these other places would help me out with my request. But when I threatened to talk to the management, the first place I went to suddenly came up with 5 10 euro bills.
This hotel is not on Venice proper but another island. You have to take a boat shuttle every time you go to Venice proper where all the sites are such as St. Marks Square and the Doges Museum.
Had a lovely holiday in Venice for my first time ever, I kick myself for waiting this long to visit such a unique and memorable place. This hotel is rated as the #2 best value in Venice and its easy to see why, the price is completely fair, in fact we feel we underpaid! The rooftop pool is unlike any other, and the breakfast is lovely, we really enjoyed our time here!
